The only reason I use their pharmacy is because they have a drive thru. They all need a happy pill! Their customer service is awful– be sure to complain to them about it cause when you do they are even more rude and hateful. Which is how you handle p. o customers, right? It doesn’t take anymore effort to switch from one intercom to another and say ‘I’m sorry about the wait…’ I had waited a few minutes behind the car in front of me– but the pharmacy tech helped the person in the other lane, so I drove to that lane and waited forever. The gal made eye contact with me. She had to know I had been waiting forever! So, with a hurt back, I go wobbling in and she was rude as he’ll when I complained. Several workers were back there with her and scattered like roaches, no one seemed to care that she was rude to an unhappy customer! So I called her a stupid b and she yelled back ‘you too!’ I know it won’t matter that I switch to Publix, one less b to put up with(me being the b); no one will get reprimanded for it; no one will lose sleep or cry, but I am done with the rude pharmacy. I also sent an email and told them to NOT contact me, and they still tried to call me. I don’t give a rat’s A if Walgreens is mad at me for cursing their employee either. I’ve worked retail, I know what a pain customers can be. Being rude and hateful to a customer who is pissed over your rude and hatefulness just doesn’t fly. Luckily she caught me on a good day. I hate that publix doesn’t have a drive thru, but I’ll march my fatass in– I need the exercise.

For my last minute late night emergency needs or quick Chapstick and toilet paper run… this is where we go… thank you Walgreens for being there when we need you the most!
