I am a resident of Norwich Connecticut. Recently I was on an 8 hour drive to lubec Maine. While on 95 north about 5 miles south of Bangor, I experienced a flat tire. I had a car full of 6 people and had very limited funds.
Luckily the state police got me in touch with Wayne, the owner of bouchard and sons. He helped me with the whole nine yards.
Never have I EVER experienced somebody as professional, knowledge able, and understanding as bouchard and sons. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all set, taken care of, and back on the road 350 miles away from home and limited with cash. I beyond recommend this company to anybody at anytime! Absolutely amazing and can not say enough about them.

My truck broke down traveling on 95 south coming home on a long trip up in Canada. Wayne and his crew did a great job fixing my vehicle and having me back on the road in a few hours. I could not thank them enough because it was a Sunday afternoon and his shop was closed, for Wayne to open up his shop to get me back on the road was just incredible. Nicest people you could meet.

One day, after nearly having a heart attack at VIP auto in Bangor, I decided enough was enough. I was through going in for an oil change and being told I needed an additional $ 600 of work done on my car. God forbid I needed an inspection sticker. I don’t remember how I found them, but I took my vehicle to Bouchard’s & Sons. I believe it was a verbal recommendation from a friend. That was in 2008. Since that time I’ve taken my vehicle to them many times for various reasons. From an inspection sticker to help getting rid of an old car, these guys do it and do it honestly. Their work is always dependable and certifiable and, most importantly, they are honest. If something is wrong with my car, they physically show me the problem so I feel confident. Highly recommended.
