I ordered one burger and found out when I got home that they hadn’t even done that right I ended up with lettuce and condiments. How do you forget the meat on a burger? If you have the option to go somewhere else I would suggest you do 1 star is too much for this place

We came through the drive-thru, everything was going well until we were getting rushed. Nobody wants to rushed. When coming here i clearly said«give me a moment“the employee stood quiet for a second and then said ill have your total at the window, i later told her I’m not done, she didn’t say anything or I’m sorry or nothing. When going to the window, she just charged me and gave me my food. no SMIE, or nice gesture. Little things can make customers happy.

It’s just like any other Jack in the Box… never had a problem ordering from this place. Food is always good.

My sister ordered the«buttery jack» and ended up vomiting. And me being a vegetarian ordered a burger without meat and got a burger with you guessed it… Meat. So yeah not the best.

Went last weekend, my heart set on a loaded chicken nugget munchie meal; the super friendly(not!) cashier/night mgr? With NO name tag proceeded to non chalantly advise me it has been discontinued. I then told her that yes I know, however, my son ordered it 3 days ago even tho off menu. The gentleman behind the register found the code and we got one, 3 days ago, yes, 3. She seemed completely non plussed and bored, and again stated there was nothing she could do. Really?! Nothing?! So, with that being said; here’s to you, rude and unaccommodating cashier with the splash of bored uninterested helpful attitude!

I was a bit disappointed with the meat lovers breakfast burrito. While I wasn’t expecting it to be magical, I thought the sausage was overpowering and the cheese seemed weird. They also forgot to give me the salsa which I didn’t even realize until I just looked up the menu to remind myself what was in it!

Needed a late night snack on the way home. i went to the drive thru. The employee was quick and efficient. No line, plenty of parking if you eat here. I order Jack’s burger and 4 tacos. It comes out quickly.

Good for a Jack in the Box. Ingredients are fresh. Service is slow. Parking is terrible. Prices are comparable to other Jack in the Box restaurants.

I don’t know if they’re under new management or something, but their late night crew(10PM to close) is pretty awful. We usually drive through at night for a latenight snack. They have a new policy where they shut down the shake machine at least half an hour before they actually close, so don’t get your hopes up. The food is often an absolute mess, too. My burger looked like it had been stepped on.

This JACKINTHEBOX location is convenient in the SOUTHBAY(Hermosa Beach servicing the Redondo Beach area too) but has a few flaws: 1) The last 3 visits I’ve encountered problems with my order(not the food or the staff) a) I ordered through the drive through, and unfortunately, my order wasn’t complete and an item was missing, discovered after I had left, so to drive back to retrieve it would have been a hassle. The management did correct it upon notification however, and said I could pick up the item(a new one of course!) on my next visit. The only downside criticism to that was there was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience beyond the«even steven» credit, and honestly, a gesture of some sort like free fries, a drink or desert would have gone a long way towards showing graciousness in customer service b) When I visited the next time to pick up the item, I ordered other items, and ordered a large shake, but was given a small one instead. I questioned«this is a large?» and it was corrected on the spot. Luckily I went through the counter service. c) My last visit, I used a coupon, and was charged the full amount, so doubted the total, which seemed high. They corrected the amount, but I had to ask and inform them. 2) If you park in the parking lot, it’s a «one way» entry and exit, and it’s tight. It’s design is flawed. If you drive in and park, the only way to pull out and leave properly adhering to the«directional arrows» not exiting through the entry is to go past and through the drive through. There’s only one lane. a) That’s only a problem, can and will be a problem if there’s either a line, or even one car ordering in the drive through that you then have to wait. Otherwise, maneuver your car around, go against the road rules in the parking lot, and risk leaving through the entry and having a car pull in to the entry and hit you(for which technically you’ll be at fault). b) It’s a tight exit out of the drive through, you have to hang a right turn then a left turn back to Aviation. There’s the illusion of a curb to exit off of in the front, but that’s really just a handicapped cutout ramp for pedestrians so not technically for cars to leave through. This area seems to have a high level of cops pulling people over, so watch out when driving around this area for speeding; using your cell phone without«hands free» devices; or illegal turns. The counter service staff are nice and friendly, and when conducting business with customers are good service providers to that regard. So, it’s not a bad location per se, it’s just one, where you need to pay more attention than they do otherwise accidents can and will happen. I’ll say this as a POSITIVE, for the most part, the VALUE of the food and QUALITY of the food per the price paid is of good quality. You can get filled up for under $ 3 if you navigate the menu with thrifty dexterity, and if you splurge, a meal can cost you under $ 5 as well. My only«FAIRWARNING» is for customers to protect their own best interests and check their order for completeness and accuracy as well as check their bills before paying or if paid and you’re waiting for your food, audit it and reconcile it before you leave if there’s a problem.

Bluh! Got an ultimate cheeseburger and it was swimming in mustard and ketchup. The bread was soggy and dissolving due to the sauces and after I used about 10 napkins to wipe the gunk off I started eating again only to have an overwhelming peppery taste in my mouth. I looked at the patty and it was caked with pepper. The worst jack in the box experience ever

Ah the memories. This used to be my old stomping grounds during middle school. Some of my friends that lived near here with me would walk over after school. I always got the oreo ice cream shake or another outrageously unhealthy cheeseburger. Over the years I started watching what I was eating as my metabolism has slowed as much as a snail. Once in awhile I skip breakfast since I am in such a rush to get to work, I stop off at the drive thru and get french toast sticks with a coffee. Total bill is $ 4.00. Not bad. The french toast is satisfying even though the syrup is most likely not real and all substitute crap. Coffee can make improvements even though it seems they tried.

$ 11.29 for a combo and a small drink… WHAT! I normally don’t review fast food places but my son and I walked here the other day and he ordered a combo, He did upsize it when I told him I was going to eat a couple of his curly fries, and I did order a small drink and when they told me $ 11.29 I said to my son, «what did you order?» I guess he is a growing boy(no…he is not fat… he is slim).

Sometimes you just crave that strangely disgusting yet disturbingly good Sourdough Jack. Me — Forgive me father for I have sinned. Priest — What is it that brings you here? Me — I indulged in a Sourdough Jack. Priest — May the Lord be have mercy on you. A bit dirty, a bit quick, all delicious for all 15 minutes of your Jack In The Box experience. Then full on regret shortly after.
