Kathy is simply the best! I was looking to possibly, maybe, conceivably sell my condo. I went to Kathy with a price that was definitely a bit over current market comparables and did not expect to get much action. Long story short, the place sold for the asking price and I could not be happier with the level of service provided by Kathy and her licensed assistant Jennie.
Kathy and Jennie were there through the entire process to help, guide, and answer any and all questions. I cannot speak highly enough about them and how comfortable they made me feel throughout the entire experience!
