…I know they are not a bank, but they are still «dealing» with what we call money. I switched from Union Bank of California (up the street) to Kinecta because they didn’t offer car financing but kept on trying to shove their credit card offers down my throat every time I stepped up to the counter. The girls at Kinecta (and guys of course too) are super nice and know their business. Very leisure atmosphere and yet highly professional !!!

The staff here is great! They are a great team and they are so helpful! I always try to bring my daughter (2 years old) when I come in because she is so loved there! She always gets hugs, kisses, and a piece of candy from the staff. Thanks so much for being so awesome, guys! :)

I live one block away and was really excited to see a new credit union so close. However the ATM at this location NEVER ever works!!! Brand new machine constantly out of order.
It’s certainly not the fault of the employee’s, who are always very nice. But what financial institution can’t get a reliable machine into their branch? A real failure on corporate for not getting the basics right, and if they can’t accomplish that then how could I trust them with any more significant financial services?

I’ve been a member here for years. I like this location over the Manhattan beach location because convenience and the staffs friendlier. Although most of the ones that knew me left that location :(
Also parking is a pain there. I like to go in the morning before 10. So that I donthave to pay for parking. There’s literally only one 15 minute parking space in front of the credit Union. Its a 50\50 chance of getting it. However, still a better credit Union than Manhattan Beach, which I always seem to have to wait in line.

I banked here for 2 years and in those 2 years they had to re-​issue a new bank card to everyone FOUR times because there was a breach in their customers information. I also had my card being charged on the east coast. The workers there were always rude. When I went in to pull all my money out to change banks the old woman that works there was questioning me non stop about why I was changing banks. When I told her because their computer were always being breached she started being very RUDE. So glad I no longer go there.

The manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Since it’s a small location and not too well known, there’s almost no wait time which is great. It’s faster than going to their main office in Manhattan Beach.

Los Angeles, CA
This locations has the nicest most professional employees. They always seem to genuinely care. They will always go out of their way for you and always take the time to solve any of your problems. THEY ARE A FULL SERVICE location. They do everything from new accounts to loans and investments. Parking situation is a little sketchy, but you can always pull up to the 15 min zone. There is always street parking and a large parking structure located in the back. Plus they serve popcorn Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays!
