I really want to like this place. It helps to have food portioned out and not frozen. I have been eating here off and on since they opened. My bad that I just read the full ingredient list. The food is preserved with a lot of crap that is really bad for you. I have included a pic with the label. I looked at their new chia seed oatmeal and besides 3 ingredients, the rest were bad. For eggs, chicken, corn tortilla tacos here are some: cellulose, benzoic acid, phosphoric acid, potato starch, powdered cellulose, yeast extract, soybean oil, xantham gum, modified food starch, niacin as a start. The food really isn’t fresh. Or healthy.(Chicken, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic) who needs all the other junk. You charge enough to not use all these chemicals in the food.

Came in for the first time today with my sister in law who is a regular. Blown away. Everything looks amazing. Yes, it’s a bit expensive, but that’s what happens when you want to buy great quality food.

Love the concept. Expensive, but most pre-prepared foods are… Lazy people pay for the convenience(this is me throwing shade at myself). Don’t really know the difference between the shelf life date and if that means that’s the expiration date or if that’s the date they keep it on the shelves for and then it’s good for a few more days after that… I always forget to ask when I’m in the store. At any rate, if you go here, pay attention to the expiration date because on multiple occasions I’ve stocked up for a few days at a time and had to toss some stuff because it literally expired the same day I bought it and I didn’t want to risk it 3 days later. Also, there must be a science I’m not aware of with when to go, I never go at the same time or on the same day, but it’s always extremely picked over, so I never get to choose from the full selection. The food is ok, the corn chowder is the best thing I’ve had here and I’ve tried many things.
