This is a review for Heather in Studio 33. She gave me an amazing haircut today and I’m in love with it! Took off around 8 inches maybe? She was super friendly and I will definitely be going back :]

I have going to Loni for facials and waxing for many years. This will be the best and most complete and relaxing facial you will ever have. She is without doubt the best.

As a Birthday treat, my husband bought me a facial with Loni Romero.
I am 6 months pregnant and my skin has been feeling & looking dull. After my oxygen facial with Loni, that changed dramatically! My skin felt and looked so amazing! I had developed light melasma due to the pregnancy and Loni recommended microdermabrasion. I agreed and I feel like it’s barely noticeable now. So awesome! Not only that but I felt relaxed and rejuvenated! I even went to brunch with no make up on because my new skin made me confident enough to do so. Thank you so much Loni… I’ll definitely be back!

Martin is absolutely one of the best. I had an appointment with him and he made recommendations for color and cut for my naturally curly hair. Both turned out fabulous. I’ll be returning to him and encouraging others to do so as well.

Martín worked wonders on my hair! He was patient, dedicated, kind & pretty cool. He spent 4 hours working on my hair — that’s determination. He offered me something to drink, a snack & a phone charger. I was a bit apprehensive to go from blonde to pink but after seeing what he did I’m hooked.

Mia in salon 4 is an amazingly talented colorist and stylist. She had a vision and dedication to excellence I have not experienced any where else in my 40 some years of being a client at various south bay and greater Los Angeles salons.
She is also a very sweet, kind hearted,
and caring person. She is booked far in advance due to her talent, expertise, and very fair pricing. I cannot say enough about wonderful things about her, she is awesome! And please don’t go to her she is already a rock star and it’s hard enough to get into her!

Martin is my favorite hairdresser. No question. He is thorough and takes his time to make sure your hair looks great without talking too much. You can tell he loves his job and is a hard worker. Those two things go a long way.

Michelle has been doing my hair for the past 10yrs. Now that she has moved to Salon Republic so have I! I will not let ANYONE touch my hair but her. She is the best, Michelle is the only one that can make my hair perfectly blonde without any brassyness. She keeps my hair healthy, blonde and gorgeous. What more could a girl ask for?

I’ve been going to Michelle Clagg for the past 8 years. She is moving to Salon Republic Studio47 starting next week and I’m so excited to be following her. She is the best. Very professional and always puts the needs of her clients first. She has colored and styled my hair in many different ways and I have all enjoyed her forward thinking with new looks. I don’t usually flame a service provider on-​line or anywhere; I just take my business elsewhere. However, I feel moved to relate a very unexpected and unpleasant experience with Mia in Salon 4. After several years of what I thought was an extraordinary services relationship, for no apparent reason she asked my husband and me to find another stylist. I wouldn’t have been so adversely surprised if she had talked to with us about what she was feeling. I thought service industry professionals used English as a communication tool with the public.
I’m sure you can find great stylists and colorists at Salon Republic. Just skip Mia in Salon 4.
Mia’s behavior was very unprofessional. I think clients have a right to expect clear communications about price and schedule from a service provider. These are critical to both the stylist and the client. We found that prices kept changing from what had been mutually agreed and without notice. Mia expected a tip, which is unreasonable for a salon owner (standard for a stylist renting a space) and when you think about it, presumptuous and arrogant.
As a small business owner, you may need to raise prices. If you can’t handle the costs of your business, move to a place where your overhead is less invasive. If you need to raise your prices, it is upon you, the business owner, to clearly communicate the new price to your clients. Your clients have a right to know how much they are paying for your services.
Scheduling was occasionally difficult for both sides; we were regular Saturday clients, but we made accommodations for Mia’s schedule. We even agreed to weeknights in order to free Mia on the weekend, which made the commute difficult for my husband. But we were willing to accommodate Mia. Then we find out that she’s been accommodating us all this time! Another example of poor communication and misrepresentation of the facts.
From the evidence of the texts she sent me, she’s hurt and doesn’t understand why we treated her so badly. All I can say is that it takes two, and Mia needs to take a good hard look at her own bad behavior.
You can probably tell that my husband and I have moved on with our hair styling needs. We are very happy.

Martin is amazing!!! Got my hair highlight /​lowlights and colored with Martin yesterday! He is amazing very thorough with his work. He patiently work on each strand to make sure it is going to turn out nice. His shampoo head massage is amazing! He Is Very friendly and sweet ! I highly recommend him! I love love love my hair feels and looks so much healthier!

Victoria Sam !!! she is the coolest. She did a good job on my haircut. she knew what i wanted .she took her time. she is so enegetic and sweet. you can trust her with your hair. i am so happy how my hair came out. i finally know where to go. i seen her work on one of the client who asked for a color. i seen the results, i fell in love with it. i am totally going back to get my hair colored. i love the way she shampoo my hair and give me a head massage. she really cares alot of her customers. one of the customer drove two hours to Victoria. thats how good she is. she will not dissapiont.

Victoria Sam does amazing balayage ombres. I don’t trust anyone with my hair but her. I follow wherever she goes and always refer her to my friends.

I love getting my hair cut by Tony. He is amazing! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. He knows what I want as his client and also suggests a color and cut that suits me best.

Perfect easy going salon. All individually run. My favorite is Lexi. Been going to her for years. I do a lot of public speaking and videos and always knows I get the right haircut that is natural and suits me. Go see Lexi !

Needed to update my review, as Mia in Studio 4 has now officially made me even more blonde! While keeping the integrity of my hair, which is key! Like I’ve said before, never going to anyone else for my hair. Nothing but good things to say.

Alisa did my eyelash extensions! OMG they look phenomenal! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how good I look! I feel so pretty and I don’t have to wear makeup! I even look great when I wake up! I recommend you see Alisa she is meticulous with her work!
