Here’s the deal: This place has semi-reasonable prices but absolutely zero respect for their customers. After an unsatisfactory job removing dirt from a set of curtains, this store was not willing to resolve their shoddy job in any form. The curtains came back pressed, but with more stains and spots than before. We asked for a redo on the dry clean job or a refund or even a PORTION of a refund, and they were unwilling on all accounts. The employee/owner said herself: there are no refunds and no guarantees. There are no offers to keep customers happy. The service was rude and unwilling to fix the issue. For your sake, save your money and go elsewhere. This place does not deserve to stay in business.

STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACEANDREADBELOW. I wish I could give this place ZEROSTARS but thats not an option. I used to use this place because its cheap and i think that is why many people use it. People will get past the bad service, the lack of good communication and understanding just for the cheap price and i cant blame them because i did it too. i have been using this place for a while, like 6 months and since using them, i have noticed that many of my shirts have come back shrunk a little, some have little circle stains on them as if there was a cleaning agent or dye dropped on them. I thought maybe it was something I did until I started to inspect them, and realized that I was giving them perfectly good shirts and then when I got them back, they had these circle spots. Some of my pants were also ruined whereby the back of the pants(near the pocket), the material was fading away and coming off. Here is what broke me though. I went in like normal one day and gave them 8 shirts and my 2-piece suit. I went back 4 days later to retrieve my clothes but they said they found a shirt that was not tagged and they think its mine but we have the other 7 shirts and suit for you. I looked at the shirt and ITWASN’T MINE!!! They said, its ok no problem, sometimes the shirts get mixed up, give us time to locate and we will call you tomorrow. I was ok with that and said thats fine. I didn’t receive a call till 3 days later saying that they still couldn’t find my shirt and that I need to give them 2 weeks!!! I was not happy as this was a business collared shirt which I use with many of my suits. So, I was basically told that I had no choice and they had to go through the process and find the shirt, so i waited two weeks. At the end of two weeks, they said they still couldn’t find it and they needed another 2 weeks because their full process of locating a piece of clothing is 4 weeks! I was very unhappy but they said, if they do the process, they also couldn’t and wouldn’t remedy the situation. So i had no choice but to wait, now when it is just over 4 weeks, I go in, and they say they cant find it and that they think this is my shirt, they were trying to convince me that the shirt they have is my shirt when I know what shirts I have, i don’t even buy the brand of shirt that they found. They said, well you can come in and we can talk and you will understand why we feel this is your shirt because noone else came in that day with that business shirt in that color(blue), which is the most common color, and this is not a small store so its hard for me to believe that someone else didn’t come in with a blue shirt, its not like the receipt says what color the shirts are, but I found a Dryclean place that does actually say what color garments you drop off to avoid any confusion/hassle! so after all this, they said we can only give you $ 14.00 for your troubles when I told them my shirt(s) that i buy are always between $ 50 – 100 and they wouldn’t pay for the lowest one, they basically said they will give me $ 14 and that i could take it or leave it. so I am going to basically lose money on the shirt, had the worst hassle ever telling them that it is not my shirt and they basically don’t care about my business. So my hope is that I help others in the area and community to let them know about this business. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. if you decide to go anyways, then write down on your receipt what garments you give them and inspect all the garments when you get them back.

I’ve been coming here for years. Excellent quality for a low price cleaners. I might not use them for a designer gown, but they take great care of my business suits. Also excellent for basic tailoring needs.

(For some background, please see my review of Circle Boutique re: THE dress: ) After wearing my most beloved Lewis Cho frock a couple times, I noticed three faint, very small stains on my closet’s most treasured(and most expensive) garment: a faint spot of blue pool chalk on the top of the back; a light brown, almost imperceptible brown spot the size of my pinky nail on one strap; and a light smear of dust on the front of the skirt. I studied every centimeter of cloth to be sure I could let the dry cleaners staff know exactly where the problem spots were. I foolishly made the mistake of taking my lovely designer piece to this inexpensive, crappy dry cleaner. THIS is why we can’t have nice things. When I came to pick the dress back up, all three spots were gone. Hallelujah! I was thrilled, but the feeling was unbelievably short-lived. As I held the material, I realized that it no longer had that lovely soft, smooth feel, and I noticed that bottom hem now crinkled oddly, like the dress had stiffened due to the use of an incorrect chemical. Also, along the seam where the skirt connects to the bodice, there were tiny holes gaping as though the fabric had been pulled too roughly during the cleaning. Those had not been there before! Ugh, and finally, as I was checking the back of the dress for the spot of blue chalk, a large dark spot on the skirt caught my eye. As I spread the lovely draped folds of material, I saw a number of large dark blue stains on the back of the skirt. These had DEFINITELY not been there before. I’ll spare you the details of the conversation I had with the woman there. I’m sure you’ve had the displeasure of engaging in a similar one before, though I hope for your sake I’m wrong. Basically, she gave me every crap excuse she could, including telling me the stains must’ve been there *invisibly* before I brought the dress in and that they must’ve just«appeared» when they«cleaned» it. Yes, she actually tried to tell me that. She said they couldn’t take responsibility for the stains, but they’d try to get them out. I almost didn’t want to give them the chance to ruin it further, but I left it with her. I went back for the dress today and unfortunately encountered the same woman. Even more unfortunately, I also encountered the same stains. Slightly smaller and fainter, but still the same stains. She still refused to take responsibility, not even offering a refund for the«cleaning,» much less any sort of reimbursement for the stained garment.(I can’t bear to call the dress ruined, because I WILL still wear it, though I’m going to try my luck with a better dry cleaners first, and I might try to have someone reinforce the precarious seam.) Please, forget about saving a few dollars and instead save yourself the heartache and save your precious garments. The price is tempting; that $ 1.89 in huge letters is quite the siren song, but you better believe there’s a bit of an «and up» tacked on there, i.e. it cost me around $ 3.80 to have my favorite item of clothing soiled — frustration, fury and shed tears not included in that price. Do not even consider coming here.
