I had one of the worst experience with Verizon FiOS customer service last week, and wanted to share this with my Unilocal family. I had to travel long three times to the store to get BOX which was defected and had to drive more with my busy schedule to stay in line for more than 1 hour with no apologize or anything for their broken box. still have problem, the boxes they are giving customer is not new and all broken, still freezing channels and too many PROBLEMS. The worst customer service in the world, they just take your money and rip you off with bills with no services. we had to get to Verizon because there are no more services in this area. we didn’t have service for almost a week for two times, no phone, no TV and no internet service and keep calling them and they said we are so busy with high volume of customer service so they schedule very late… just wasting money and time, in USA you should not pay and have no service more than 48 hours… AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE, they make 2 years contract so there is no way to get away from them with this crazy service. they reducing internet speed to push you to pay extra for faster services. NOTHAPPYATALL. IFYOUHAVEOTHERSERVICESINYOURAREAGOHEADFORTHAT, VERIZONISSUCKS.

Normally a free of charge service of transferring data from your old phone to your new phone… My Cell tried to charge me $ 15. If this place was a super market, they would probably charge you for using their cart.
