The quality of this Pizza Hut is declining. I ordered a stuffed crust with a couple toppings and they delivered a thin crust pepperoni. I tried calling the store but they wouldn’t answer even though they only closed 10 minutes ago and obviously still have deliveries out. Then I thought to call the delivery driver. Since I told them to call on arrival, I would have his number. BUT then I remembered he never called on arrival because he conveniently had the wrong cell number. I asked him what number he had and it was only off by one number(3 instead of 2). I’m pretty sure he purposely didn’t call so I wouldn’t be able to call him back. Admittedly, that part is speculation, but they should have still answered at the store at least.

For all these years I have ordered Pizza Hit across the country, I have never experienced such disorganization and carelessness until I ordered from this particular location. I ordered dinner last night of their website and going through that process was fine. Quite frankly their website is well made and easy to use. After placing my order, a confirmation window came up stating the food will be delivered in 45 – 50 minutes. At the 50 minute mark, our food has not shown up yet. I figured they were running a little behind and decided to wait a little longer. After about an hour and 20 minutes, we started worrying so I called their location. The automated system gave me a prompt(press 2) to check on our order, which stated it’ll transfer me to a representative. After a couple minutes or so of ringing without anybody picking up, it just disconnected me. I tried a couple more times, figuring they were busy or running behind. Same thing — disconnected/hung up. I called back for the last time and pressed 1, which was to place a brand new order and I was finally connected to a representative. I stated the situation and informed them that their option 2 prompt on their automated system was either not working or they were purposefully not picking up. She said, «uh ok» transferred me to another representative, who checked on our order. After a few minutes of being placed on hold, he came back and stated that our food was ready but it was been sitting on the counter. He stated that he thought the driver picked it up already but probably missed it and it will probably take longer to actually get our food(remaking it, having the driver pick it up then drop it off). At this point I have lost all patience and was very«hangry» so I told him to cancel our order and refund me my money. He states that he voided the transaction but did not offer any apology or try to make the situation better, which quite frankly told me everything I needed to know about this Pizza Hut location. The refunded/voided charge has not shown up on my bank account yet. I will give it a couple days before contacting them again about yet another problem. Needless to say I will never ever do business with this place again and do not recommend it to anyone near their vicinity. As it is a franchise, I will not judge all the other Pizza Hut locations based on the bad experience of this particular location but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth and I will most likely be seeking my pizza delivery services elsewhere.

Today was my first time ordering from this location, and I will never do so again. Poor customer service, long wait time for delivery, mediocre food. What a waste of hard earned money.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a franchise. This is the worst pizza hut to ever order from I would highly suggest you stay away from this location. The manager always sounds like hes on drugs when you talk to him. The food always comes wrong. I have had 2 orders not even show up and after I call to ask where the food is they tell me we do not have a driver for delivery right now. I placed an order recently and the manager said we do not take 100 bills even though I have paid with large bills before he said well today were not doing it. The food is always under cooked and I specifically ask for well done. Trust me if you are hungry STAY away from this location. This store needs to be shut down.

After a few disappointing experiences at this location. Finally, last week I got the perfect pizza. The young woman that made the pizza did a great job. I order the thin and crispy… and this time it was crispy(unlike other occasions in which it has been chewy). I ordered with extra toppings and it had lots of toppings as you would expect(unlike previous experiences were ‘extra’ was ignored). Finally, the order was for different toppings on the 2 halves… and it was perfectly divided in halves. Gotta say… it was almost a work of art. Believe or not now I’m dreading my next visit. Was this a fluke and I’ll be disappointed again? I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that the whole staff is getting trained and they consistently make good pizzas like on this one occasion. I’ll update my review to 5 stars when I see consistency in their product.

I love their thin n crispy and I have not had a problem with their eat in wait time. Their Lunch buffet is good, but it used to be better as it once had a salad bar included. The facility needs some management. The vents in the ceiling were fuzzy the last time I was there and the parking lot seems a little trashy. The kitchen area looked clean though a little eclectic. It would take so little make it gain a star.

Like the other guy said … I wish I could take stars away. Ordered my pizza and wings online. Went to pick them up, not ready yet… No big deal. Wasn’t in a rush. However, I asked for them to sub the hot sauce instead of the blue cheese or ranch. The lady told me it would be $.50 again not that big of a deal… BUT right on their menu. Which I pointed out to her, it said. First sauce free… Ranch, blue cheese, or buffalo sauce. Why is that on a freaking menu if «that’s not what it means» soooooooo irritated! By no means is a customer always right, but when you advertise first dipping sauce free and give me a choice, yeah I was right. I will continue to use this Pizza Hut and call corp every time they say something about charging me for a sauce that their menu says is free

I wish I could give this store negative points! So extremely rude. I placed an online order at 11:00 p.m. and paid with my credit card. I got an email confirmation that my pizza would be delivered by 11:31 pm. At 5 minutes before midnight, I call the store and the guy answers«Pizza Hut, we’re closed.» I said I placed an order an hour ago. This rude b*st*rd tells me that his driver made a delivery out of their area and would not be back for 15 minutes. When I complained that I didn’t want cold, hard food, this ignorant fool starts yelling at me «we have food heaters, you know!» I tell him to cancel the order and credit my credit card and he hangs up the phone and doesn’t pick up when I called back. I am outraged! I will be calling in the morning for a refund and complain to Pizza Hut corporate office.

Ordered pizza 80 minutes ago, and I just received a call that it will be here in 45 minutes. I asked the guy if they would waive the delivery feel. That’s a negative. Looks like the delivery guy is not getting tip. Update: 2 hours after placing the order I called and it still hadn’t gone out for delivery. I went in the store to pick it up and I got it for free(raising the experience from 1 star to 2 stars)

STAYAWAY… at 2:27 on a Saturday afternoon I place an order for two pizzas to be delivered to my house about two miles away from this Pizza Hut. The online gonkulator says my order will be delivered an hour and five minutes later. It’s not. Once it’s ten minutes late, I call to ensure they had my order. I get a non-answer from a lady working there. I call several times over a half-hour period only to get told, it’s not«that» late, got hung up on, got transferred to another employee(not a manager), etc. I was never offered an explanation or a consolation for this experience. And hour and a half goes by and I get my two cold stale pizzas delivered by a delivery guy who rants about how bad the management is.

Ignoring the disappointing pizza I would have been served had I been able to order, my trip to this particular papa john’s was one of the worst experiences of my month. After excitedly traveling from Sterling at 1130 to the one pizza place still open we were turned away by the terribly unfriendly and unapologetic employees who informed us they were closed. They did this from the doorway clearly marked open, and sign clearly stating that they should be so until 1.

Too bad there’s no zero stars. Ordered five items, messed up all except the Pepsi. Everything was fridge cold(good for the soda, at least). Wing street, but didn’t include the wings, 2 flavored breadsticks but got two plains and for desert they included marinara sauce instead of the icing with my cinnamon sticks, wtf??? Avoid like the plague. No wonder they’re dying. Somebody put them out of their misery already.

I am definitely not ordering from here again. I used the online delivery service to place an order a few days ahead of when I needed it for an event I was hosting. I had requested for the pizza to arrive at 2:45pm, and at 2:55pm when it had not arrived I called and was told it was on the way. I kept waiting and waiting and finally at 3:20pm or so I had to call AGAIN and the pizza was«still on the way»(it doesn’t even take that long to get to my house from Elden Street). Instead of being able to focus on my guests I had to spend my time inquiring about the pizza. I finally got the pizza closer to 3:30pm. This location is clearly unorganized and I don’t think receiving my pizza almost 40 minutes after it was supposed to arrive is good customer service.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I placed my order online at 7pm on a Wednesday and the website’s timer started counting down from an hour. 90 minutes later and a phone call later, I got a lukewarm(and by «lukewarm» I mean it was barely above room temperature), barely cooked pizza. A frozen pizza would have tasted better. Pizza Hut, I could have WALKED to the grocery store and baked my frozen pizza faster than it took you to deliver. I won’t be giving any further business to this location or any other Pizza Hut.

If you want A PiZza and you hungry dont order it from here. They took over an hour to delivery your pizza and when you call manager doesnt seem to care. He blame on computer that count down 30min and he said usually take at least an hour because they only have one delivery. Order it from some where else.

Undercooked to extreme un-doneness. I used to love Pizza Hut pan pizza, with a slightly crispy but doughy crust. Last night, we even ordered it with special instructions to make sure is was cooked well. Foreign speaker didn’t understand. Sigh. Good bye Pizza Hut, again.
