I did my research on a few places before deciding to go here. Not only is it about 10 minutes from where I live, the staff was very nice and pleasant. Dr. Emily Ngo was very kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything that was going on.
I will definitely continue to go here for all my visual needs. :)

Amazing service! Everyone from the front desk to the techs to the doctor treated me with a smile and respect. After an apparent scheduling issue with my appointment, they fit me in without a second thought, and didn’t rush me in our out. It’s a small act that says a lot about how they work and how they care about the customer. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am a federal employee with OK eye insurance, and previously I had gone to national name discount eye care places. All of that stopped last year after being treated like a number instead of a person, I decided to try a local eye care center. It was the best decision that I ever made, Dr Cochran was AWESOME, and his front desk crew and techs are equally as AWESOME. Every time I go in, Im greeted and treated like a king, and I always receive prompt courteous treatment. So if you’re looking for a great eye care center, your look is over. KUDOS to Dr. Cochran and staff, you guys ROCK!

I’ve been going here for years to see Dr. Cochran. Exam has always been excellent and their lab has always done an outstanding job filling my high index lens prescription. My only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to find frames that accommodate the stronger prescriptions as the selection of smaller frames has historically been somewhat limited. Please expand your selection for those of us with strong prescriptions. I strongly recommend this neighborhood eye care center.

The Eye Care Center has recently been remodeled, changing the layout slightly and putting in some very nice wooden floors. It looks much more polished and clean, contributing to a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere when I visited the other day.
I went in to see if they had replacement nose pads for my sunglasses, which had broken off recently. Even before my conversation with the associate at the front desk was finished, the male glasses associate came up, took my sunglasses, and went to the back. I waited for a few minutes and he came out with the sunglasses, on which he put new nose pads! Even better, he tightened the hinges on the glasses and cleaned the lenses – they looked like new! No charge – I was off to run other errands. What great service, from everyone there.
