The Point At Dulles

Have filed complaints with Panco Management and the Better Business Bureau. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up and would not recommend to anyone I know. Parking is a severe issue as the office personnel indiscriminately issue visitors passes for 3-​day periods, but there are an extremely limited number of visitor spots. If your car is being serviced, and you borrow a car, you cannot even get a pass for your own space. They tried to tell me that could only happen if I rented a car, something I do not need to do. The trash service you pay $ 25/​week for is sketchy at best, sometimes trash doesn’t get picked up at all. The neighborhood is getting run down and is filthy. Lots of parties at night and very loud on weekdays between 2 am and 5 am; but not loud enough to call police. If you want a nice place to live, there are better options. In an update, they may let me use my parking spot — but they made my service manager at the dealership fax them a work order to prove I wasn’t lying about my car being in the shop. No one should have to go through this just to get a car fixed.

Horrible experience. Very very bad place to live. Right from day one I had been wondering why on earth I chose this place. Day 1: Bathroom door comes off, lights in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom don’t work. Blinds are of very cheap quality and this pathetic list goes on and on… the upstairs neighbor makes horrible noise. when contacted the leasing office they ask ‘me’ to chose another apartment on the top most floor to avoid the noise… PATHETIC !!! I will just run away from here very soon…

The management office is really rude, and they have attitude problems. Some of them should not be allowed to be in public because they are so aggressive

I wish there was an option to give no stars at all to write a review! If you are looking for a rental place, run from this place!!! It might look at first like it is a bit cheaper than other places, but at the end it will turn out to be the same if not more!!! Everything lacks quality from bathrooms to windows and blinds, whatever you touch will break and the 3 $ worst quality paper blinds will cost like 10 – 15 times the price to replace! oh and wait until you move out to find another surprise charges! honestly do yourself a favor, and RUN, not walk away! I wish I have read the reviews before moving in. If you have any complaint you will be ignored, if you try again, the whole management will basically attack you! Very disappointed, I wish this will help somebody to avoid situation like ours, and find a nicer place to live!
