TWC Association Management

Without a doubt the most unprofessional property management service I have ever dealt with in my life. They look for every opportunity to avoid repairing items that are their responsibility according to the condo association’s by laws on common area items. They rarely return calls, are nasty, lie, and try to undermine the owners of individual condos.

Do not rent from this company! They could care less about their tenants. We couldn’t walk in our apartment without complaints from our downstairs neighbors. TWC called us all the time and bothered us even on my honeymoon. While we had a neighbor threaten my wife with physical harm and TWC COULD HAVE CARED LESS! MICHELLE GOULD IS THE «boss» and she is a joke. AND SHE IS A F*CKING B$TCH! This company is stealing money and they make you pay for a ton of stuff before you move out. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I could give them –1 star. People, please stay away from them. My life is ruined pretty much. We have figured out that they don‘t give a s*it about anything what they have to do when we were trying to get our parking passes. My husband had to go there !3! times just because Sarah Helander would not be able to ever give him correct list of papers he should have brought (swear!). When we got cockroaches — we have let our property manager know that we need a cockroach guy so he was scheduled for certain time frame — he didn‘t show up. We have never heard from him after… disappeared. Then Our neighbors‘s AC got broken so some people came; made a hole in our ceiling, took off our blinds and left. That process took about a month and it is not done yet. So this is how we live now.
We also got bed bugs recently from our neighbors (I suppose; we didn‘t travel and that‘s what the bed bug guy said). Right now I am crying non stop because nobody would help us even with a hole in the ceiling. Of course we talked to our property manager numerous times but she just repeat what we said to TWC as I suppose. So yes– TWC don‘t really want to do something about it. I called them-​had to leave a vm (because it was a lunch break 12.30am. But it was 3.30pm when I called). Then I had to email them; and she did respond me hours later-​yelling and screaming in a very not professional form. WOW. I feel like back home with this kinda attitude! Today I found out that they also complained; «poor little babies» about Anastasia calling them. So Ridiculous. I am sorry for everybody who has to deal with them.
