I don’t have glasses from here but I dropped in because the glasses I bought from Warby kept falling off of my face. They adjusted them for me without question and told me to come back anytime I need an adjustment. That is great customer service… next time i need a new pair, I’ll probably just get it from them.

I’ve been going to this location for years (it used to be Hour Eyes, I think). Dr. Barron is great, as is the staff. Most recently, I got new glasses to try progressive lenses for the first time. I couldn’t wear them. There were no questions asked when I went back to figure out how to resolve the problem, they presented me with the options and let me choose. There was no charge. The same thing happened another time my prescription changed. When I wasn’t pleased with my vision, they made changes and gave me another set of new glasses at no charge. On 3 different occasions, when I’d had a sudden eye issue, they were able to schedule me to see a doctor the same day. I highly recommend!
