Second Wendy’s where the staff uses the mop, takes out the trash, do not wash their hands, and taking orders, handling food! Will never go back to Wendy’s!

One and a half stars. Inexperienced drive-thru customer service. Also, the guy who thought that raw onions would be awesome with unseasoned shredded pork and nacho cheese should be Old Yeller’ed. I definitely prefer the plain fries over the pulled pork fries.

I’ve tried and tried. I live and work less than a mile from this Wendy’s and so it is super convenient. They just CANNOT get orders right. I order by a number … they have a screen … they ask you to verify … and its still wrong. I love Wendy’s, but corporate should really come in and get this place in shape.

Can I give this restaurant and their corporate customer service a negative? Please don’t ever try to use a coupon here. the employees get it wrong and then try and blame you. «You switched the receipt» and Why are people so cheap?” My wife and I had a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $ 8.99. I am no accountant but that’s all we ordered. Shouldn’t the subtotal be $ 8.99? Does it make sense that the subtotal is $ 9.98 and that we were charged $ 10.68 total for the bill? I have heard of high taxes but that is pretty ridiculous. My wife noticed the discrepancy and was told that she must be mistaken and that she did not account for the tax yet. So for a $ 9 meal, you have to pay $ 1.68 in tax? My wife did not want to hold up the drive thru and so went inside the restaurant to clear things up with the manager. he called her cheap and sarcastically thanked her for being«such a good customer». We called the 800 number to report the issue and poor experience on Sunday and were promised a call from the district manager. My wife called to report the issue and I called 5 minutes after independently and were told the exact same thing: that we would be contacted by the area manager within 2 business days. 4 business days later, still no call. I have to now wait another 2 business days as I have now reported the issue using their online form. my question is quite fair and legit: Should I have to wait 6 days to talk to someone about their poor customer service? At this point why am I, the person that had the bad experience have to chase them down? I have been a successful business owner and been in customer service for 25 years. If one of my customers had a poor experience, I would want to know right away so that I could 1, apologize and 2, fix it so no one else would have to endure that type of treatment. Non-responsiveness tells me that my opinion and experience means nothing to them. I hope my lack of enthusiasm for their restaurant and earnestness to never frequent their business also means nothing to them.

I came by last night and had a good experience compared to most peoples’ complaints. Well first I came to the drive e thru to order the spicy chicken combo with a Strawberry lemonade. I was ready to drive off until my nephew called asking me if I can bring him a number 3 combo with large French fries and Coke. By that time the drive thru was so full that I decided to order at the front table inside the store. The place is cleaner than most, although it seems to need some remodeling. its a good looking Wendy’s(comparing to the Washington DC ones) The reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of a 5 is because almost nobody speaks fluent English. Every employee has a deep Middle Eastern accent. Luckily the manager referred me to the same person who took my order in the drive e through. Look for a 19 – 21 year old Hispanic-looking guy. He speaks fluent English and although he seems like a new employee, he is very kind and always has a smile in his face and finally he seems to learn quickly.(unlike most employees who look depressed and never say a word to you.) I would recommend this place. Come by at night. Day service is Terrible according g to most Unilocalers

This is probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is also the closest to my work, so I come to this location for my spicy chicken sandwich fix. The employees always look absolutely miserable and most of the time just hand the food over without saying a word to you or even looking at you. I think they might be zombies.

Overpriced, even for Wendy’s. Fries are never done correctly it seems, I’ve never gotten fries that aren’t soggy and gross. The drive through workers are about as incompetent as possible. Last night I asked for one ranch and one BBQ and I watch the lady drop 2BBQ in my bag. I just stared back and said, «really…that’s how you’re going to play this?» She rolled her eyes and I say, «Any chance of getting what I asked for, or no?» She walked away from the window grabbed the ranch and gave quite the sigh… I didn’t make you work here! Suck it up and be the best you can be at whatever you’re doing right now! Awful experience.

When it comes to fast food burger joints, Wendy’s is the best of a bad category. This Wendy’s seems cleaner and serves fresher food than most. I hate to admit it, but when those late night munchies hit, I often times turn to Wendy’s because as far as a bad category goes, Wendy’s is better than the others.

If your intentions are getting something from the everyday value menu, don’t waste your time. This location has only three items on the value menu, none of which are burgers. Everything else is overpriced. For example, on the website it says the Monterey Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich is 99 cents, but over here it’s $ 1.89. I just go the taco bell right next to it now.

I’m with Tri T. on this one, the spicy chicken sandwich is pretty darn good for a fast food sandwich! Fries were hot and food came up quickly!

Last weekend I watched four NFL playoff games and saw approximately 9,000 commercials for 99 cent spicy chicken nuggets. The spicy chicken nuggets at this location? 1.39. That’s 40 percent over the advertised price. Eat shit, Herndon Wendy’s.

I digg the Spicy Chicken Sandwich here. The fries I got today were sizzling hot and was what I expected for a small combo @ $ 6.29. A bit too cold to do a frosty today but if I did, I would’ve given it 5 stars! w00t w00t.

As much as I frequent my little ginger fantasy joint, I must say, this one sucked. I mean it sucked harder than a pool pump cleaning the pool floor. Sucked harder than a vacuum cleaner on a band dork’s neck. Sucked harder than a crack whore on a glass pipe. But hey, what can I say, the food wasn’t half bad. I introduced my stomach to the spicy chicken go wrap here — not bad for $ 1.49. Instead of giving some toy dog turd sized chicken select(the turd reference was just for you, my dear PC W. — DRINK!), the underaged ginger joint will take a chicken patty and cut it in half. It makes for quite the satisfying treat for only 300 calories(don’t ask me the fat or salt content — I don’t want to think about it). For a place that I say sucks, I would normally give it one star. But the chicken wrap brought it up a notch. Barely.
