We fired up the furnace yesterday and … nothing. We were abit concerned as we have young kids and the weather had starting turning colder a few days back. I called Zagros Heating and they came out the same day (very punctually within the 2 hour window they gave us). Ray was a very personable gentleman — he immediately got to work and found the problem within about 20 minutes. He showed me the issue (blower was not spinning) and took the time to explain a few other things to me — e.g. how to set the house humidifier for optimal year-​round comfort, etc. A great experience all around. We will definitely be having Ray come out again whenever we need help with our AC or furnace.
