Awesome owners and awesome food! They have the best BLT on bagels ever!!! Love this place

I love this place! I lived in Herrin for a year last year and I was very surprised that I didn’t know about this place until halfway through my lease! It’s such a gem. Herrin is kind of a lower middle class/​upper lower class kind of town, like most of Southern Illinois, and you don’t see much of this kind of place in any of the nearby towns. This is an indie café and I can’t say how great it is to have it in Herrin.
The building they use is absolutely beautiful and their décor is so cool. If you’re driving through on the interstate, consider driving the extra couple miles off 57 to come here and get a unique experience and support local business!
They have several vegetarian options and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever ordered from them. Really cool place and I want them to do well.

I love that Herrin finally has a coffee shop to hangout at (owned by 2 local guys who you can tell have a passion for coffee and art) — and their food/​specials are great too. One of the most popular ones is «Taco Tuesdays» — I’ve had them, they’re great. They also have a pretty extensive breakfast menu too, including ‘make your own omelet’ and biscuits/​gravy. They also have a great playlist of music playing all day!
