Dolly’s Coin Laundry

Dolly’s is a huge laundromat and it’s close to my parents house. My mom goes there when she wants to clean comforters and big loads like that. Today we went and the 40lb load washers were all out of order according to the attendant who was mopping up a mess. No big deal machines will act up. The problem was when I asked the attendant if all of them were out of order and just from the simple question she was super rude to me. It’s like she didn’t want to be bothered by my simple question. She rudely just said «correct» just pointed at other machines and just walked away from us. After that horrible interaction we decided to just politely leave and take our business elsewhere. As we were leaving another woman was trying to figure out the dryers and asked the woman for some assistance which was given to her without even looking in her direction and when asked for further clarification she just kept rudely repeating «it depends» and not helping her at all. The whole experience with that woman was horrible. I just hope that if my mom decides to go there again she doesn’t have to deal with that attendant.
