Let me start off with the staff along with the atmosphere is relaxing and nice. This was a «girls» weekend and we traveled to Hershey, PA for a spa weekend. This review is solely for the massage therapist LAURA. This is the WORST massage I have ever receive in my life and I receive massages on a regular. I scheduled a 90 min massage and a 30 min reflexology. The massage was not the best since I had to keep asking Laura not to just rub oil on me but to actually add some pressure, however the worst part is when it was time for the reflexology part (which I was fine with it incorporated into the massage), the reflexology part was non-​existent. Laura literately laid her hands on my legs (not touching my feet) for 30 min. After this total waste of my time and huge disappointment I did let the therapist (Laura) know how disappointed I was and did not enjoy any of the massage but my main issue was the reflexology, and that I did not receive it. Laura insisted I did receive reflexology; however, when I gave her my definition of reflexology Laura was shocked that I actually expected her to touch my feet and the pressure points, imagine that! Laura’s definition of reflexology is an «energy» base. I explained that I did not come here for an energy base massage or reflexology. I suggest the spa have bio’s of the therapist and their «style» of massage so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. After wasting 2hours of my time, I came back home and now I have to schedule a REAL massage, not an «energy» base one. My friend used Kristen and was EXTREMELY please, so if you are reading this review and still decide to book an appointment here, and not the Hershey spa BE SURE to use KRISTEN she is extremely nice and personable even to the person that is not her client. Kristen is also an RN, been a massage therapist and reflexology for ¹²⁄₁₃ years. Kristen told me this and she was not even my therapist, I could not tell you anything about Laura’s experience because she did not talk or say much of anything upon the introduction, go figure.

Came in for a couples massage. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our massages. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and great location. Will recommend and will definitely be back soon!

Far exceeded my expectations, traveling through on vacation and found this little slice of paradise. Reception was nice, whole spa was clean, relaxing and overall a very nice experience. Thank you Tanya!

This spa is a hidden gem tucked away in a shopping center. I’ve been getting massages here since 2007! I started seeing Donna as my therapist and continue to schedule with her to this day. The staff is always very friendly and I always feel very comfortable here. I was in a car accident 4 years ago and have serious back issues, but they can definitely work around that. Don’t let bulging discs scare you away from a relaxing massage! *Don’t forget to let your therapist know of any injuries*
I’ve been happy with every service that I’ve received here. If you’re new to massages just stick to the «signature massage» and you’ll love it. The «raindrop therapy» treatment was so peaceful and relaxing and my absolute favorite is the hot stone treatment. I avoided the hot stones for so long thinking that they leave out the actual massage, but I was wrong! The hot stones combined with a massage is life changing!
I seriously leave this place feeling recharged and re-​centered. I’ve even got my husband hooked on coming with me for his own massage! :)

I like this place: I’ll return again. The staff was friendly, professional, and the facility itself was easy to relax within. It was obvious that my masseuse cares about healing her clients.
I bought a one-​hour Swedish massage, making sure to tell the masseuse that I have a very high tolerance for pain since my shoulders were giving me so much trouble. My massage was productive, to say the least! I felt awesome the next day and even into today (3 days later).
I think this is a great place to go if you really need to work the knots out last minute. I only made the appointment 24-​hours in advance, so it was nice to be able to so quickly integrate a bit of luxury into my life. Five stars! Go.

Very nice place, in an unassuming location… I would normally tend to avoid «spas» in strip mall settings, but we we coming from out of town, and had Spa Finder gift certificates… so what the hell, right.
Small place, and as you walk into the spa, the thought of a tranquil waiting/​staging area escapes you… don’t fret, it’s in the back.
The staff was very nice, and very accomidating. We were offered water and tea as we awaited our sessions. I had a Thai massage, which was far more relaxing than I thought… considering I had never had one, and images of mideval torture ran through my head, I was a little nervous. The massuse Kim was very good to explain things, and made it very relaxing. Granted it was somewhat painful at times, and I left feeling quite sore… but I think that is the point.
All in all, and good spa experience.
If there are any negatives to report, one would be the size, and to avaoid room #5…it’s closest t the lobby area, and you can hear everyone come in and chat with the front desk.
