Really enjoyed the Valentines Symphony with my wife, beautiful place and excellent service all around. I will be keeping an eye on future happenings at this venue and attending again soon. Acoustics could have been better for such a large symphony but this is being addressed I heard. Contact them to donate, i you can’t just attend an event there and I’m sure that will help as well. I am just a fan of music so trying to help where I can. The ladies and gentleman there that help you to your seats are very helpful and the sweetest people!

Truly a great experince. I have seen The Blue Man Group here once and I recently saw Elf. To be honest, Elf was a better experience. We were downclose to the orchestra pit rather in the balcony. The seating was off to the right, but was still fantastic. The seats are a little small, but it looks to be an older theature. It is meticulous though, very ornate. What’s funny about the seats are that this is farm country, and all the farmers I have met in my life were usually bigger more muscular people. I am not a huge guy, maybe bigger than most. The seats fit me snuggly. The person next to me was much bigger, she sat on a bit of an angle. Either way, I was comfortable, so this is minor. The attendants were very pleasant and helpful. The woman who sat us had never used an iPhone, but still took our picture when we asked. Those randomn acts of kindness that people do to make a guest’s visit special and are what makes or breaks a business. We actually used that picture, for our Christmas card. They sell wine, coffee and hot chocalate, it was tastey. My wife was being playful so she complained to the person serving wine that I don’t take her anywhere and that I was cheap. He felt bad for her so he gave her a lot more than she should have had. It was very funny and worth the embarrassment, as it made her smile. So the pseudo bartenders are nice, caring people. The entire experience was awesome and I look forward to my next visit.

Came here to see Ron White on Friday night. Like many venues in Hershey they haven’t modernized the roads to keep up with all the traffic. The theatre apparently allows guests to enter and exit by only a couple of doors out front and since one show ended simultaneously while the second show crowd was arriving they forced us to wait outside in the FREEZING cold while everyone exited! the line stretched well around the block and we stood There for almost a half hour though we arrived 45 mins early. Why can’t these backwards towns get up to speed with the current century? Would it be so difficult to have a separate exit for the thousands leavng?

Just got back from what seems like the annual junket to the Hershey Theatre to see a show and as usual all was good. This past Saturday it was comedian John Pinette and he delivered the goods and just like in prior visits the staff was friendly, helpful, with numerous people holding doors while being courteous all around. They bring in a good mix of acts and we hope to be back in the future. If there is one tip I would recommend it would be to NOT park in the theatre’s lot as the process to leave seems crazy and chaotic. We usually park a block or two away in the residential area and it seems to save a load of time.

We saw Jim Gaffigan here last last month. It’s a beautiful theater and I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the place. The only problem that I forsee would be parking. There is a lot across the street, but it wasn’t very big and it was kind of a clusterf*ck getting out of there. They had police directing traffic on the main road, but by the time you fight your way out of the lot, you only have a choice of left or right and it’s kind of pointless to be directed at that point. If we hadn’t arrived so early, I’m not sure where we would have parked, especially not knowing the area very well.
