Jim’s Mobile RV Repair

Our roof on our travel trailer ripped on Thursday, 11/​12/​2015, while we were traveling on Pennsylvania turnpike. Upon arrival to our campground, I contacted Jim’s Mobile RV Repair and was told by Jim that he couldn’t make it to my campground but would respond on Saturday after he closed his shop. He showed up, was personable and reasonable with his price. He repaired my roof so that we could get back to New Jersey on Sunday. He also made suggestions as to how I could have the roof repaired permanently. I would definitely call his company again if I had a problem while in the Hershey/​Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area with my RV.

Exceptional service. He arrived right on schedule, even sending a text when he was on his way. He fixed a long list of things on our RV. A previous repair had caused a problem with our outlets in the bathroom and kitchen. He traced that out and fixed it. He also installed new steps on our RV that we had ordered but couldn’t get the old steps off. He even took the old steps away with him. He had to order parts and come back a second time. On his second trip he replaced a leaky faucet, fixed a damaged satellite connection, replaced a couple of outlets, etc. Even with two service calls to our RV, the price was very reasonable for everything that he did. We’ve been charged a lot more dropping our RV off at a repair shop to have fewer repairs made. He was fast, friendly, efficient, and very reliable. We were impressed and heartily recommend him. This guy is a find!

Jim did fantastic work on our 32′ camper fixing a damaged slide-​out, installing a new awning and other work. He was so much easier to work with than some of the other RV repair places I had dealt with in the past. He did solid quality work, reasonably priced, was very punctual and honest. I think he is as good as it gets and I’m so glad we found him.
