The majority of their staff is very nice, and I am so happy with my new smile! The brackets did cut me up a lot though, and the wires were never in place. When I had my braces on, I’d end up having to come in a bunch to get wires cut, or something else silly, because it wasn’t done before.
But, my biggest problem, is that instead of investing money in improving braces, they invest money on prizes, junk, and coffee.
But hey, they are local, and get the job done!
