All American Fence Erectors

I recently had All American Fence install a privacy chainlink fence and some 2-​rail ranch fence in my front yard. I wasn’t sold on the privacy until the salesman Justin showed me a sample of it and I also checked it out on their website. I was getting this privacy fence in place of an old broken down wood fence. The crews that installed the fence did a great job, was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was very surprised at how efficient the guys worked in getting the fence up, I was expecting it to take much longer than it did. The new fencing gave my home and entirely new look that I am very happy about. I would highly recommend All American Fence to anyone that needs fencing in the High Desert area.

I had a fence installed by All American Fencing Erectors (Hesperia) in late May. We were not invoiced a bill on the day the project was completed– instead we were told that we would be billed for $ 470. We received the bill a few weeks later so we mailed the payment in mid June and the check was lost in the mail– something that was unfathomable by Justin whom came to my door this morning with the attitude of a debt collector from a collections agency. I explained that my wife had already spoken with Jesse about the lost check and it would be sent again with a tracking number per his request. Justin told me that he is Jesse’s boss and Jesse wouldn’t ask a customer to mail a check with a tracking number– apparently he was accusing my wife of lying.
He was extremely unprofessional in his demeanor by making such statements as «checks don’t usually get lost in the mail», «if you are having money issues and need more time then just be honest with me», and «that’s odd you would be sending a check the same day I come to your house.» His ill intentions were clear and it was evident that he didn’t care to hear anything I said in efforts to resolve the situation despite answering the door in the first place and then calling my wife on the phone in his presence in order to further clarify the situation. The lack of professionalism and communication within this company is appalling– especially considering that I dealt with the supervisor today. My wife spoke with Justin on the phone shortly after my futile efforts to rectify the situation. He apologized and informed her that based on similar past situations that customers dodge him to avoid payment. My wife suggested to him that their company should present an invoice and collect payment at time of service to avoid all of this.
To further substantiate the communication issues, we received the initial bill for $ 495 when we were told $ 470-​then we spoke with the company who told us to just mail a check for $ 470– and then again Justin presented us with a past due bill of $ 495 again. I have a feeling the confusion on their part for the total due will continue to be an issue long after they receive our payment for $ 470. Communication and customer service are essential in doing good business. With so many other customer oriented and professional fencing companies, unfortunately I do not recommend using All American Fence Erectors (Hesperia).

We decided to fence our land and called the experts, All American. We dealt with Justin and he was great. He walked us through the process and explained everything in detail. These guys are a great asset to the high desert. We will definitely use them again. You won’t be sorry with this family owned and operated company.
