They came within 3 hours of me calling. Very competitive, informative and professional. I was out there saving some money and dug out dirt in freezing temperatures to expose the lids. Let me tell you I was there the whole time outside in the cold watching what they do and it’s a dirty job. I give these technicians respect for their work they do. Will definitely recommend and use their services in the future as needed.

Very friendly. They were able to come the same day at the time they promised. Very efficient. We also forgot to give them a $ 20 coupon and wrote a check for the full amount. I called hoping and sure enough, the are totally awesome to radio the guys to come back for another check. That is what I call customer service. Thanks Heather!

Excellent ran business! I called late in the evening after normal business hours… A very nice gentleman helped me by explaining what I could do to temporarily stop back up until they could come out the next day and pump our septic tank. I am very appreciative for the time they spent with me over the phone and the time the service guys spent with explaining the entire process and the do’s and don’t. All the way around there service was awesome!

House sitting for my friend this week and Of course everything goes wrong. Water backs up into the tubs and someone says it’s the septic system. What the heck is a septic system? Opened up the phone book and first company I called was Alpha Omega. They briefed me on what a tank and pit was and booked me on the spot. A few hours later a couple of guys were out digging and pumping out the poop. It was gross, my friend owes me, but I’m glad they were fast, friendly, and efficient and that’s what I like! Definitely would use these guys again, but thank god I have city plumbing at home. At least I know if I move out there who to call, and no it won’t be ghostbusters. Alpha omega septic service.

A few things you need in life, a trustworthy mechanic and a good plumber. Well, this place takes care of one of those needs. I was having problems with one of the bathrooms and gave in and called a plumber. I picked this place because I like to give my business to «family» owned business’, or at least give them a chance first. The lady in the office was very nice and easy to understand. She asked a few questions and that was that. The Plumber, Andy, called before he arrived, which was awesome because I didn’t have to wait around all day. He seemed real cool, talked to me and explained the problem and didn’t make me feel dumb, at least I didn’t feel dumb, which is just as good in my book. A little while later the problem was fixed, paid the man and off he went. Fast, friendly and inexpensive. And right before the holidays, thank god because with all the family coming I will need «to go down» smoothly, if you catch my drift

It is the worst service I ever had. If u want an unpleasant customer service this is the right place for you. If you want to over pay!!! Again this is the place for you. I have never been more displeased with someone services than this company. The owner is very unprofessional and start it digging my property without calling first or knocking on the door!
