Jeremy from Best Buy Carpet and Tile is the BEST! He does what he says and gets the job done. He takes the stress and confusion out of purchasing flooring. The technicians did a great job after the job and cleaned up their mess. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing flooring and understands the definition of VALUE.

Jacob and team were great! We had laminate and carpet installed in our new 4bed/3bath home. From start to finish they were professional, responsive and timely. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Jeremy and the crew from BBC&T did an outstanding job on our new flooring. They were professional, honest and timely. They gave great suggestions and were flexible when we kept changing our mind on what we wanted. I would recommend them and we are already planning the next phase of our remodel with them! Thank You

Best Buy Carpet in Tile itself is not an issue but it’s workers or sub-contractors are a major headache. We had an older gentleman named Mike who bragged about how fast he was and how he worked 24 hr days which non of it seemed to be true. Giving these folks the benefit of the doubt, getting up and down off your knees all day is not an easy job. However, the warehouse manager Joseph stated it would take three days. Which seemed rather short to me but regardless me and my family packed ourselves in upstairs with very little room. The area being tiled was about 1300 Sq ft and when Mike seen it, he agreed with Joseph. That it could be done in 3 days. Needless to say, Mike asked for accommodations like leaving him the keys while we were at work, being able to work Superbowl Sunday. But the problem was, he always showed up when he wanted and left when he wanted. He never had help and his communication was off and something seemed up with him. I tried to talk to him about the finish product and I always got excuses. It took him 7 days but should have really been about 9 or 10 considering all the finishing work he didn’t do. Hr blamed the company but then told me he was his own sub contracted boss. He definitely needed help but it seemed he was taking other jobs with out finishing those he started on time. He would complain about help, then show up when he wanted and leave when he wanted. Definitely not someone who works 24 hrs straight. I think he fustraits customers so you get him to hurry up and then he leaves with out finishing so hr can blame you. I had to buy 75.00 in cleaning gear because he left dried Grout all over my walls, kitchen Cabinets, appliances and the floor. I’ve been scrubbing the floor for 3 days to get it up. A couple tiled I found sound hallow. I liked the company people but beware who they send to your house. You might end up doing the finishing work yourself.
