Extremely rude man at the entrance of this establishment. Do not bother going nor shopping nor spending any money here whatsoever. The rude man greets u at the door using pet names like buddy man and bro. Extremely annoying and rude. All the answers he has is no no. What’s the point of coming to this redicoulous sad excuse of a car audio shop. Don’t even waste your time…

I called this shop for a quote on window tint for my vehicle and to see if I need an appointment. The man said I did not need a appointment and just to show up when I am ready. Later in the week I show up to do it only a hour after they opened and they said they were full and could not do it today. I explained to the employee that I had just driven 45 minutes from Wrightwood to have my vehicle tinted because they said I did not need a appointment. The employee did not care one bit. We left and will not come back! After reading the other bad reviews I am glad we didn’t go back. We went over to Quality Window Tint on 7th St an they were able to do the job that day and were super friendly!

Worst stereo shop i have ever dealt with!!! Not many choices of stereo shops here in victorville so i went here without checking up on them. Had them do a full system install and it was some of the worst work i have ever seen. Their installers are completely incompetent and should not be allowed to touch a customers vehicle. I had to go back and tear out and fix everything they touched on my truck. If you value your vehicle, DONOTLETTHISPLACETOUCHYOURCAR !!! This place should have a negative 5 star rating.

This place is horrible went yesterday with my mom customer service sucks. Employee’s do not care about the customers! They put a microphone in my moms car and it make the stearing wheel come apart and made it look like we stole our car! Went back to the place for help and the man had an total attitude! But the food place and tatto shop next to this horrible car place is awesome I recommend you check the tattoo shop out!

They installed a stereo in my employers work vehicle. Within a month it wasn’t working properly so he took it back. They charged him $ 40 just to look at it! They charged him to look at what they did wrong. Now this unit that he paid over $ 300 still isn’t working. We are done with this disreputable company.

This place sucks! !!! Spent over $ 1000 with this place and it’s the worst installation ever. I had to go and get a new Dvd player cause the 1st one didn’t work properly. They broke my door panels installing the speakers. They didn’t clamp in the stereo so as I was driving down the road it feel out. If this was the last place on earth I still would not go there.

I have to say this place sucks they could give a rats ass about the costumers I got my windows tinted here I had to come back 2 times cuz the windows had dirt and fibers in between the tint and the window. the second time I came they fix the tint after I had to wait 1 hour & a half but they scratch the window with a razor blade the guys they got doing the job are inept and incompetent I’m more bum out about the way the people on front treat you if you happen to come back cuz of there wack tint jobs once they got your money you are garbage to them save your self the headache

Well if you read my review let’s start by pointing out the only other reviews on here are also 1 star and I wish I would have read those reviews before. This place is your run of the mil over charge screw you crap customer service business. I had a few things done here at the same time, car audio system components and tint, and regretted it as soon as I got in the car. A couple small complaints and a couple bigger ones. The tint wasn’t done to the right shade that I wanted and when I brought that up was told they wouldn’t fix it unless I paid and then tried to tell me what they put on is what I told them I wanted. Rule #1 of customer service is the customer is always right. Even if that was the case, which again it wasn’t, you don’t come straight out and tell the customer that they are wrong and make it seem like it was my error. The second issue was the tint banner across the windshield… not even put on. And when I brought that up I was told I never asked for it and that wasn’t in the price they charged me. And there were 2 windows that the tint wasn’t cut properly so it didn’t cover the windows all the way. Professional installers my @$$. The car audio system… they put the amp in a location I didn’t want it(on the floor under a seat which makes perfect sense because drinks, food, etc never spill and wouldn’t ruin it) and not in the location I told them I wanted it to be in(in the back by the sub) and AGAIN when I told them that they said I never brought that up and at this point I was getting very frustrated so they bent a little and said Oh, well maybe the installer didn’t understand the directions. How is that my fault as a customer that the installer didn’t communicate with the sales rep?! There was also a dual male headphone cord that was on my seat that the installer decided to on his own install. It was not the length that would have been required to reach the back of the unit and have enough length to function usefully and when I brought that up I was told I’d have to wait to have the installer remove it because he was already working on two other cars, I believe it was them trying to get me to throw my hands in the air and leave because the wait time was already THREEHOURSLONGER than what they had told me. There is more but to sum it up avoid this business. There are plenty of other car audio/tint places in the area. Save time, money and hassle and avoid this place.

I hate to write bad reviews and in fact this is my first one. DON’T GOTOTHISPLACE! You will get ripped off period! I bought an item from them that didn’t work properly out the door. They had me come back at least a half a dozen times or more. Half of that is their installer could do reworks or wouldn’t. Long story short is screws missing in my dash. Sloppy wiring and they left the unit in a non working order and said I had to deal with the manufacturer because it would take them too long. I’m not sure if this laxidazy attitude is because they are near a marijuana clinic and they smoke too much BUD but they have no ambition to take care of their customers and treat them right in fact you won’t even get what you paid for. You will just get a jacked up car back with a wiring mess, shorting and having to deal with your own warranty replacement. thanks to the manufacturer they apologized and will help me but i will be doing my own install and repair after going to the dealership and buying the parts they lost during the install. oh and at the end they don’t keep records so they will challenge that you EVENBOUGHTITTHERE! *********Save your money and your vehicle and stay away from this place!********

I went here by mistake, thinking that a friend had recommended them. I wish I hadn’t gone! I bought a new head unit with Disc Player, Satellite Radio, and Blue Tooth. First off, the unit itself(Alpine) was a little more than I probably should’ve paid, even though installation was free. But really, it’s the installation that is messed up. I had this installed on a Friday, 4÷4÷14 near the end of their day. It took 90 minutes to install when they quoted me 45 minutes, then I immediately noticed that the center console was completely jacked up and the lid to my center cubby space was not sitting right and making all kinds of obnoxious noises when I opened and closed it. It was so out of whack, I could barely operate it. I had to go back on Saturday morning to have that fixed. Not to mention that they literally threw all the stuff that was in the center console storage spaces on my passenger seat and floor and left it there when they were done and delivered the car back to me. Not professional at all! On Monday morning, I noticed that the under-dash panel on the passenger side was popped out and hanging loosely, so now I have to go back yet again to have it looked at. I should also note that the final fit and finish of the dash itself is not 100% either. The installation panel that holds the new unit is not flush with all the instruments and control knobs as it was prior. It’s not off a lot, but I noticed it. I should have shopped around a bit more; I probably could’ve saved a bit of money AND gotten a better quality installation to boot! ***GOSOMEWHEREELSE! SOUNDCITY2ISHEAD-AND-SHOULDERSABOVETHISSHOP***P.S. The customer waiting room left a lot to be desired, with an old beat up black and white TV, the bathroom was dirty and was out of toilet paper and paper towels. The vending machines look very old and were more than half empty with old stock in them. Horrible atmosphere all around.
