Clara was a pleasure to work with. She offered to come do measurments. Reuben was a very honest hard worker and he did a very nice clean job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This was honestly the WORST experience with a company that I have ever had. We had tile, laminate and carpet put in our new house. By the time they finished installing, our new walls were completely ruined and they left the biggest mess behind. When we called to complain they never once apologized and they acted like we were putting them out. When Steve, the installers manager came to our house he had the worst attitude. He was hostile and rude and acted like we had no reason to be upset. I will NEVER use this company again and you shouldn’t either.

They have a great selection but horrible customer service. I was in the store for over 15 minutes looking around. I came across 5 employees while in the store, and none came over to ask if I needed help, or cared to smile or say hello. One man who was at the front desk did not even respond when I said hello and asked him if I could look around. He just looked up and rolled his eyes. I did not feel welcomed at all.

I have been here twice for my carpeting needs. Once to have my place carpeted and another to buy some carpet padding for an area rug I bought.
In both instances the people were very welcoming and seemed to know their stuff, prices were very good, and when I comes to the carpet installed, it was very nice and I would buy from them again.

Our first couple of visits with this company were outstanding because we were shopping around and getting information and prices for flooring work we needed in our kitchen and living room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. After one year with the estimate they gave us, my wife decided to get half the flooring job done with her credit (against my wishes) and the other half on my credit without my authorization, in which I didn’t find out until after the jobs were done. That was my first problem with this company. The second problem was their customer service after the work was complete. Twice we needed their contractors to come back and fix minor errors and when we called our sales person, he was always too busy to get back with us and gave us excuses that their people were on other jobs. We felt like they did not care because they had already gotten their money.

i could have done a better job myself, the owner of this place is a jerk. they told me, next time spend another $ 400 and have someone else do it. ok, i will.

Prices are seemingly good, but the workmanship just isn’t there. Next time I will pay a bit more and use a different company to get better installation.
