I have been going here since they opened their doors, I have only had one experience when I was unhappy with the results, took too much hair off of the end of my brow. Other than that this is my favorite spot because, All the ladies are nice the shop is clean which is very important to me. Have no complaints as of yet. Thank you for good service.

I usually go to the mall but needed my eyebrows done asap. I went to the one on bear valley. 1^st time there and was so disappointed. I just wanted a clean up, she ended up thinning my eyebrows. I was in pain the whole time! Ive never been in so much pain & ive been threading for years. THEN, i get my lip done for the 1^st time, my fault i should of known if my eyebrows hurt my lip would hurt, and it did. Over all, I will stick to the mall.

There was ONE girl ahead of me and I still had to wait over 30 minutes for my turn.
I figured, okay she takes her time and probably does a great job.
She worked on me for about 20 min, and when I looked at myself in the mirror, my eyebrows looked the same only clean… I had gone in for new shape since I had let my thick eyebrows grow for 3 months… I was NOT happy. The next day I had visible cuts/scabs on my eyebrows that make-up couldn’t even cover them :(
