Hellfire Computers

So I decided to drop off my laptop on a 10÷28÷15. Rep stated that they would call me the next day. Well just received a call 10÷31÷15 to tell me that they haven’t got around to my laptop yet and that if I can come and get it bcuz they are starting renovations today and their boss asked them to get all computers out?.. wtf?..

They build a mighty fine computer and arent cocky like other shops

First of all, I don’t see why other reviewers are saying «overpriced». I went to Best Buy and Staples and these guys are half their price. They are VERY knowledgeable and I got to speak directly to the guy working on my computer. What I really liked though was they took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my computer and some tips to prevent it from happening again. Overall I am very pleased with Hellfire’s service and staff and I will be recommending them to everyone.

A friend of mine recommend Hellfire Computers after an absolute nightmare hard drive failure with my laptop hard drive. The hard drive went bad and we had no way of retrieving the photos which were absolutely priceless. There were over 10,000 photos and many of them were from our son’s journey through cancer and his passing so they were irreplaceable. We had called several other places before hearing about Hellfire and we pretty much got the same response every time. We were told they would have to most likely send the hard dive to another place to try to recover the photos and that it could cost thousands of dollars. After trying all of the basic stuff ourselves we knew this needed to be handled by a professional so we didn’t lose the photos all together. I took the drive to Hellfire and out of 32 GB of photos they were able to recover 28.2 GB. They were able to recover the photos that were the most important to us which means the world to our family. They were very professional, they called me quickly with an update to let me know they were successful in recovering the photos and they were able to put them on an external drive for us. I dropped my hard drive off on the 11^th and picked up the photos on the 13^th which is a great turn around. I highly recommend this business and am deeply grateful for what they were able to accomplish.

I needed some missing keys replaced on my laptop, so I decided to take it here since I have passed by it quite a few times. They told me it was going to take over a week for the parts to come in, and they were priced too high. I was not happy with their customer service. Not happy
