Had a temper tantrum situation with my 4 year old. It resulted with a broken window. Called a round and High Desert Window and Glass was the first to get back to us. Very personable and Good prices! Will be using this company for future business.

In a nutshell, terrible customer service! We purchased windows and doors and found the service was great until we paid. Once, we paid it was impossible to get a return call. When a window (did not open after installation) and a sliding door needed repair (squeaking and sticking), it took over six-​months for them to respond. And, then another three months for them to come out! When I called there was excuse after excuse after excuse. Extremely poor customer service! I found them to be unprofessional on so many levels. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
