I was in line to order after waiting in line and when I got up to order another employee came up to register and the cashier said do you want order your lunch and other employee said yes, and cashier said go ahead. Keep in mind there is no one in line behind me and both employees could see that, and there is a second cashier who also only has one customer, wouldn’t the professional thing to do would be to take my order, then order the employee lunch? Perhaps some training is in order.
This in-​out is clean and the rest of the staff were pleasant.

Use to love this place, live 2 minutes away from it and always would go and eat there. But for the past couple months i havent been pleased with them. The fries are always cold when given to me and don’t taste to fresh and the customer service isnt as great anymore.

This is the closest in n out to my house and they are always on point with their food. A double-​single animal style with some fries and a drink are they way to go, and if you want that extra little kick to your burger, add some grilled chili peppers, so delicious I want one right now. Come enjoy a friendly environment to relax in and enjoy some good food at with this in n out

My first experience with In-​N-​Out wasn’t the best memory as I learned the hard way that animal fries and I do not get along (different location). However, the partner in crime convinced me to try it again how she orders it. No I could not eat a double double so stuck with the cheeseburger add grilled onions. Add some fries and a vanilla shake and I’m good to go.
Location here was definitely busy on a Friday afternoon at 2:30pm. All the seats were filled and you had to hover to grab a seat. Good news is, staff is on the ball with cleaning. I noticed the worker, Cody making his rounds around the restaurant constantly wiping and sweeping. He even offered to take our tray (granted we weren’t done) with a smile.
Overall, this location helped get over my trauma with In-​N-​Out.

Food is always great and I love their secret menu (such as animal style). I would give it 5 stars, however, it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day, there is always a long wait, whether in the drive-​thru or inside and I will often drive by and go somewhere else because I don’t want to endure the long wait.

The patties sure seem to be getting thinner and there was just toooo much salt on my burger an way tooooo much sauce it was glabs of to much sauce to wet and I’ve had much better from you pls teach your young cooks easy on the salt to much salt isn’t good no matter what your age. But your ppl are very kind an helpful an clean very clean restaurant but the prices need not go up for a long while caus your patties are much thinner.

I love coming here when I’m hungry and nothing else sounds good. They always have good food that I can count on tasting great.
I always order a number two animal style cheeseburger with normal fries. I upside my drink because I’m normally thirsty after all the salt.
I have to have grilled onions here and most places I don’t even get onions on my burger. They are just that good here.
They are open late so you can stop by after a night out or after a high school football game.
It’s always full of people and it’s a fun spot to hangout. I always know there will be a line but it’s worth the crowd and the wait. The drive thru gets busy but they move the cars through pretty fast and it’s not that bad for how many people they are serving.
They give out spread if you ask.

We have been faithful patrons of this location for many a year, 14 years to be precise. I have since become a Vegetarian and still enjoy a veggie burger; it takes two to fill me up but they are only $ 1.50 each. The cashiers and workers are always attentive and friendly. The facilities are clean. What is not to enjoy? For us it is surely a 5 star establishment.

Their vanilla shake is the best I’ve ever had. It’s made to perfection. Very thick n sweet, sometimes I ask them to add a touch of strawberry shake to give it a sweeter taste.

On our visit over 4th of July weekend, we were at first put back when we saw the long order line inside, but that concern quickly disappeared when our order was taken within a couple of minutes by one of four cash registers staffed and ready. Our custom order arrived in normal In-​N-​Out time frame, hot and correctly prepared. This location handles the high volume very well, and is a regular stop for us off I-​15.

This review is for all locations of this burger chain. Will rate based on experience and on how lucky I am to live in California and have an In N Out Burger a couple miles away.
Burgers are amazing! Although beef patties are thin now. Fresh fresh fresh!!! Animal style fries are heavenly. And once in a while a ice cream shake to go with your food is a treat.
In n Out is what defies us as Californians. We are so lucky to be living in this land. People dream of coming to LA to live their dreams. Lets not take what we have in our very own backyards for granted.
People in NY. Fly out here and try this place and thank me later.

Ahhhh… back in California AND at In N Out, life is good.
I don’t understand the negative reviews here, this is a great location with a more than frienddly staff, fast service and GOOD food!
I love the simplistic menu, burgers, fries, shakes, that way everything is made perfectly.
I went for protein style and a regular cheeseburger, the man with a 3×3 and the boy with a cheeseburger meal.
Everything was so damn good, the bunless one wrapped in HUGE lettuce leaves, but also the regular one had a perfectly toasted bun, not heavily buttered, a perfect light lunch that will leave you satisfied not disgusted with what you just ate like other fast food places. Definetly my favorite fast food ever!

When I saw them pull my fries out of a warmer I knew they would not be crunchy.
You only have so long to eat their fries because they are fresh therefore they sog quickly.
Nothing more enjoyable then finding those crunchy little bits at the bottom of the tray.
So back to my experience of ordering animal style fries, they pulled them out of a warmer with melted cheese already on added the onions & sauce then slid them to me.
Stale, disappointed…
