Drove here to drop off a couple UPS packages and they were closed. They do not open until 10am on Saturday. Honestly, I don’t understand those hours. I am done running my errands by 10am.
People in the desert wake up in the wee hours of the morning, many commute down the hill. Schools start by 7:30am and a business is not open until 10am?
Seriously, can these businesses start opening a little earlier, please. The UPs store down the street even opens by 9am on Saturday…

Went to send a package via UPS, the woman that entered my info rang up a shipping cost of about $ 45 to ship to Middletown, Ohio, I asked several times if there were other options that were cheaper and she insisted that $ 45 was the cheapest. I have shipped similar packages across similar distances and have an idea of what shipping cost should be, needless to say, I walked out with my package in hand. Now I don’t know if this woman didn’t fully understood how to do her job or if she just tried to take advantage of an unwitting customer, long story short, as soon as I got home I went to the UPS website, registered, entered my info, printed shipping label for $ 35 and shipped it off at _​_​_​. My advise; if you’re going to use this business for shipping via FedX, UPS or USPS do your self a favor and print out a shipping label via their respective websites ahead of time and use this business as a last resort at your own risk!

Came in here to ship some eBay items. When I walked in he was helping another customer. I waited about 4 minutes before he called us to a register while he was on the phone helping the other customer. He got one of my packages and measured and input everything into his system. I was shipping a pair of high heels. He was charging 17 dollars to ship. I thought it was a bit overpriced so I left to the USPS. Huge difference, I ended up paying $ 10.55. I think if they had better prices and more staffing it’d be okay.

Awesome people! Just awesome! I run the pizza shop next door, I come here at least 3 times a week and they’re always super friendly and helpful
