Really horrible misleading info/​Service from a Manager ,
Her wrong info told to me on my new Lease from smartpay cost me Hardworking $$ And also interest and valuable time. I wasnt aware of a scam/​Catch due to a incorrect Bs Contract FROM A METRO PCS MANAGER ! She was the Manager I had no reason not to believe Her… So I took all my info to Metro and Smartpay they both past the buck back and forth For over 3 months. Finally Smartpay stepped up to the plate took care of my incorrect Contract and all Fees applied credit back to my account for my mishap due to this Incompetent Manager at this Location and Rude/​Annoyed Staff little girls.
Metro never followed up with any Courtesy or apologize for their Mistake after it was all said and done 3 months later… Beware of this store … They will say and tell you one thing, but then Smartpay will get you and tell you a whole diffrent story ! The staff will play dumb and pass the buck.
