Mr. D’s Pizza

Who would have thought that hesperia has some really good food. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Tried the «all meat» and it was really good. This will be our go to pizza place.

I ordered a small pizza and mafia bread last Friday. My order was ready right on time, I had to wait zero minutes.
The pizza and bread were delicious, super fresh, NOTHING like fast food pizza places.
I will definitely go back.

Great pizza. The Greek pizza is so yummy. And the next day I pop it in the toaster oven for 2 minutes and it’s even better!!!

Thank you Mr. D’s, I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 extra large pizza and a 12 piece wings. 20 minutes after placing the order, the person I ordered the large for no longer wanted it and when I arrived at Mr. D’s to pick up the food I told them I had to cancel the large. They were disappointed as they had already made it (yes, I’m a horrible person), but I insisted I didn’t want it at which point they offered to give me a $ 10 discount on the order so that we would take the large I tried to cancel — in addition to the discount, they had made the large an extra large! Long story shortish, their pizza us super tasty, wings are great and customer service superb. Thank you Mr. D’s, next time I’m in the high desert I will order some more food and NOT cancel part of it.

Bomb pizza! Great prices and crank out orders fast. Pizza was ready within 15 minutes of ordering on a Friday night.

NOT BAD AT ALL. I’ve only tried two other Pizza joints in Hesperia (Valentino’s and Cicero’s) and this is the best in my opinion. I don’t live in the high desert but I work in close proximity to these three places. There may be better Pizza in the high desert but for now, this is the place. My co-​workers agree! This is the place we will be ordering from in the future! Good job! On a side note, I’ve had way better Pizza than this down the hill, but for a work-​place Pizza fix nearby, this is the place. The reason why we all agree that this place is better is because of the cheese. It’s tastes like is has slightly better quality and they dont skimp on the cheese, although they apply the normal amount of toppings. And the crust was in the same ballpark as the rest. Overall, it didn’t taste cheap like the other guys so therefore it gets the nod and our business.

Had a extra large sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese for the first time today. I’ve tried every pizza place within 20 miles, and this one takes 1^st place bar none. All I can hope now, is that it’s made the same exact way next time. If they make pizza this good all the time, I may never order from anyone else. This pizza deserves a 10 out of 5. Perfection. Just perfection.

They delivered to us in the Mesa area which is nice because there is few who will come all the way over here. However, I am not sure if they will regularly. The pizza is pretty good and was nice and hot. The mozzarella sticks were a little droopy. I prefer Arby’s sticks.

I enjoy a good pie as most people. Mr D’s is by far the best pizza in the HD. Moved here from Orange County and the kids absolutely love the amount of cheese and sauce on each slice. We will continue to order from here whenever we want to satisfy our pizza taste buds!

Best pizza place in the high desert hands down.
I get my pizzas extra well done so the pepperoni or meat has a crisp to it, and usually add feta cheese for a little kick. The wings are awesome both bbq and hot. The mafia bread is awesome. Get ready for a food induced coma!

Great food. Hand made almost everything. Huge selection of food, from excellent pizza. To calzones. There are very few things this place is missing.
Found this place and ever since then i have not gotten pizza anywhere else since.
Even the peppers and cheese packets are in wax paper wrappers. Instead of mass produced garbage.

The high desert has a lack of any place good to eat. It’s sad when Applebee’s becomes a go to. Mr D’s is a bright spot, granted it’s take-​out but it is the best non-​home prepared food period.
I can’t speak to the authenticity of the NY style pizza but it’s always crisp, hot and tasty. The crust does not taste like it came from a restaurant supply.

Pizza was delicious!!! Customer service wonderful. Definitely coming back.

Was just passing through coming home from vegas. I called in and ordered for a pickup. They said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove the extra 5 miles off the freeway, 20 minutes later they I showed up and they still hadn’t started making the pizza yet!

We’ve been ordering our pizza from Mr. D’s exclusively. My family loves the flavor, soft, thick crust, and tastes fresh! I hope they continue to provide quality food and not alter the ingredients just to keep prices low… that’s what Little Ceasars Pizza is for! Ha!

After getting a response back from the owner I feel more obliged to give this business the review it deserves.
The pizza here is great, the crust is perfect unlike other pizza places I’ve been to. Also my boyfriend wanted me to mention that the ranch dip they have is pretty good and only 25 cents Lolz. They have great menu items to choose from. I was upset before about the specials being discontinued but after the response I have received it is completely understandable.
I will be coming back to this pizza place soon, cause every time I go somewhere else I am always thinking in my head I should of spent that little more to get that much better of a pizza from this place.

Great pizzas! And calzones ! Also the upside-​down pizza was really good! Worth the price to support a local shop that puts in work ;)

The pizza here was very good and so were the buffalo chicken tenders. Even after being overcharged the staff was very friendly and took care of it for me. My kids thought it was the best pizza they had. It was even better the next morning. Definitely ordering from them again!

LOVE this place– great sauce and wonderful service. This is our go to pizza place in the HD.

So glad I finally made it here.
There are not many good pizza options in the HD and I have had Mr D’s bookmarked for almost 2 months now since they opened.
Great location on Main Street, plenty of easy parking out front.

Just under 20 minutes to make us a calzone, stromboli, large pizza and a large mafia bread as well as a salad, hot, fresh and super tasty for under $ 40 just can’t be beat!
Service was very nice, it is a family run business, the owners parents own Fratelli’s Pizza in Victorville and he branched out to Hesperia with a more unique twist on their already solid menu of pizzas, apps and salads.
The Ingredients are high quality and super fresh, I LOVE their crust and sauces, the salad was huge and also very fresh,
My son loved his mafia bread with added bacon, my husband his pizza and I enjoyed my calzone and salad best, very similar to the stromboli, the latter has more filling and less dough, so it depends what you enjoy more.
The pesto, also excellent, made a great dressing for my salad, though I liked their italian dressing as well.
Support local businesses and get your pizza here, much better value for your money and higher quality than any of the other places around here!
