Great service. Shopped all summer long for patio transformation. Great sales and service by entire staff in particular by Maria, who went out of her way to find me the best outdoor chairs available for pick up. Bit pricier than competitors but quality of product and service worth it everytime. Thanks a bunch. Highly recommended!

Do not go to this place! All of their employees look and act like high school dropouts. They are very rude. I went in twice. They have a hard time checking people out in this store. Once the line was so long that I didn’t want to wait. The second time the clerk was so rude that I just cancelled the transaction and walked out.

Some items are a bit pricey, but overall good quality. You get what you pay for. This place has a lot of items to do any project.
I had an item to exchange and had no problem in doing so.
Sign up for their amazing deals. I just used a coupon for $ 5 off $ 25. Also, today they paid the sales tax!
Store is always clean and employees are friendly.

Osh is near my house and they are never really busy. On the weekends they might have a little bit more people looking around but never a real crowd like Home Depot or lowes.
I like to come and look at the seasonal section because they normally send coupons in the mail and they have great sales. I bought a patio set on year for a killer deal because it was the end of season and they needed the room to display other stuff.
The flowers and garden section is always beautiful. They have employees to offer advice and they know the area. I like talking to someone who knows what I need to get and what plants can grow well in the high desert. I tend to kill everything so I always need a lot of help.
They have a large section of nuts and bolts. I needed a special bolt for my sons bunk bed and they had a replacement for it. I was so excited.

Hometown feel, average price, lifetime guarantee on plants. EXCELLENT cusotmer service. Gave up on Sears. This place is worth the drive off freeway.

This store looks very small from the outside but when I walked in I was surprised to see how big it is on the inside, good selection, plenty of checker outers, whoever did their air conditioning deserves an award, it felt so good in there, there was always air blowing in my face AND the place didn’t smell like wet wood or a… locker room. Although I asked 3 different employees where something was and they kept directing me to the wrong isle but I found exactly what I was looking for in the end at reasonable price and saved me from driving to home depot and back (about 16 miles) Overall pretty happy and will be back

Waste of time!
Went into return something and get help the lady pawned me off and walked away for the return when I asked for help they said theyd be over there I waited for 20 minutes then walked out I didnt know there was only 1 person who could help customers

The stuff here is a little more $ than lowe’s or home depot, but if you don’t want to drive that far, it’s ok to stop here.
