We were exhausted after a very long drive from Galveston, TX. Anxious to get off the road, we saw the hotel and took a chance. I’m so glad we did. It was warm and inviting. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

The first thing I noticed, was the atmosphere. Very inviting and friendly, and smelled like fresh baked cookies and popcorn. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I reserved 2 rooms. The double room with two queen beds, and the king suite with the in room hot tub. Both of these rooms were exceptionally clean and taken care of. My entire family had a very good experience at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling. If you are torn between staying in McPherson Kansas or here in Hesston Kansas, choose Hesston. This place is American owned. And it shows. Thank you for my wonderful, comfortable experience.

Walked in the room and seen roaches! So nonetheless we walked right back out and didn’t stay! I wouldn’t recommend it! The man at the front desk was nice…

It has some wear with the carpets; but very clean overall and very friendly staff. Sheets could be upgraded from hot cotton in middle summer; but no complaints. Would recommend.
They accept pets and the pool looked like fun and kids liked it.

We stayed here to go to the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson and there were no closer rooms. I’m glad we did! We used the pool two nights in a row and it was open till midnight on the weekend. They also had a good huge hot tub.
We got a smoking room (on purpose) and it smelled like a smoking room but was nice and clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave and a good tv. What more do you need?
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Leslie at the front desk was sweet and nice. There were no obnoxious guests, always a plus!
The breakfast was ok, they had the waffle maker thingy they have in every hotel. Pastries, cereal, coffee, oj, and they had decent breakfast burritos one day.
Overall great hotel, I would stay here again. (The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because those are reserved for fancy places: P)

Decent hotel, although all too often the staff apologizes for some service gaff instead of correcting it. Breakfast is weak, but passable. Rooms are clean, price is reasonable. Right off the freeway.
