I was placing an order for delivery, I had asked for side items not to be placed in my sandwich because by the time they deliver it gets all soggy I was told no but if I can to pick up then I can have it on the side. Also my order was for $ 20& some change after all I had ordered the guy on the reply’s to me that they have a new policy a $ 45 min for delivery. But prior to that I had order a week before that with no issues. I had asked to speak to the manager who was shouting in the back round & he was unavailable to speak to me, Customer service is really bad the food is good. I guess they are so busy like restaurants in the City that they turn business away. The sad part is I work with about 80 people & they just lost us as there clients.

Been here many times and food is always perfect. Friendly laid back atmosphere, big portions, rivals any Israeli grill inside Israel!

We ordered the tabouli appetizer and it was served with a tray of 4 veggies including coleslaw, beets, corn and some other Israeli salad. They also have us warm whole wheat pita. My husband ordered the chicken schnitzel with onion rings and Israeli salad and he enjoyed it. I had the Kauffa Kevin and it was delicious! The service was good. We will be back Sometime for the steak which looked really good as someone else was served. They had interesting deserts but we were too full from the large portions.

I love this place. My business partner and I eat here probably 2 or 3 days every week for lunch. My family usually eats dinner here once every week or two. Every time we have eaten here the staff have been outstanding, the owners have been helpful and friendly, and the food is always delicious. Tonight we ate there and had an absolutely AMAZING dessert, too(a chocolate and peanut butter mousse).

We loved(past tense) this place, food was always spot on and the service was efficient. Went there last night for dinner, and what a disappointment. The waiter was busy with his smart phone and didn’t want to be distracted by a customer, then the food. If they can’t get the shwarma right there is no hope for anything else, and the shwarma was dry and tasteless. On a positive note their other restaurant, Ahuva’s Express s still quite good

We just love the food at Ahuva’s, it’s authentic Israeli with great service. It’s nice to bring the kids and grandkids too. We ordered the shwarma plate, it was mixed with onions, it was yummy.

Stopped by here on our way to the airport. Chicken was really good! And the eggplant was my favorite!

Had the lunch special today-chicken pita, fries and a soda thrown in. Pretty good food and service, all for 10 bucks. Would recommend and will go back again

I would give this place a five but the prices for the food is ridicules. Okay so it’s kosher but way too expensive. But the shwarma with baby chicken loaded with hummes fries onions pickles is really good full of flavor. I would eat here every week but these prices are too high. I will be back.

Food = Excellent /Delicious; My girlfriend is Yemenite/Israeli so she subsequently is a pain in the ass and very picky; Even she loves this food — so it has to be good. Staff = Very Friendly! — Great service! Restaurant overall is modern and very clean. Plenty of nice parking — inside is calm and relaxed. I enjoy go to this place with my girlfriend. I saw a few couples their on dates. I give this place an A!

Great family kosher Israeli grill. Great appetizers, soups, skewers, falafel and mezes. It is very popular, so at peak times service can be a bit slow. Solid choice for a family meal. Only caveat, I’d avoid the Shawarma, it is done in the griddle here… If you want Shawarma go to their other place, Ahuva’s Express, where you can get the real deal from the vertical roasters…

Quality food. Only one critique: It feels a little like being nickel-and-dimed to be charged extra for drink and fries AND the teeny tiny salad plate that comes with the sandwiches.

«Attempted» to have dinner here last night with a friend. Neither of us have ever tried this restaurant before but have passed it numerous times and decided to give it a go. I have to say, the staff was friendly and welcoming right off the bat and asked us if we wanted to change the table that we chose so that we wouldn’t have to sit by the door and where it was windy and cold. However, once we sat at our new table and looked at the menu, we were not to pleased with the food selection. It’s a lot of Jewish/Middle Eastern food that did not sound appetizing to either of us. Nothing wrong with Jewish/Middle Eastern food per se, but what they were offering was a «Salad» with 2 – 3 ingredients, and kabobs for $ 16 – 23. It seemed like a rip-off and for food we weren’t even interested in eating. Then the brought out a free appetizer dish and it was four small portions of cabbage, chick peas, beets, and more cabbage with a side of pita bread. The only thing we were willing to eat was the pita bread. Just looking at the appetizers and menu options, I lost my appetite for dinner. My friend and I decided not to stay and told the waiter that something came up and we couldn’t stay. We didn’t not touch any of the food and did not order anything yet so leaving did not feel too bad. I definitely won’t be attempting to dine here again.

I love it when I can go to a restaurant and really enjoy a vegetarian meal. They’ve got meat, but sometimes I like meatless stuff like hummus, tabbouleh, eggplant salad, bean soup, babaganoush… it’s all really good here. I haven’t tried any meat entrees so I can’t comment on that. I can say that the place is VERY clean, and that all of the vegetarian foods are excellent. I would definitely return. Last time I went was about a year ago, and it was great then, too.

Great place, great food. Soups are outstanding. Plenty of food for vegetarians. Service is great until you finish eating. Once you finish eating you wait, and wait and wait. Tip: I am from different culture but I would enjoy this food better if there was some Israeli or Yemeni music playing :-)

Good Kosher is not so easy to find… and we were tired of the koshers on Cental. Having passed Ahuva’s many times I was delighted to learn this was a kosher eatery. Yay! something new to try. The place has decent parking lot parking which for me is a plus makes it easy when traveling with Grandmas and babies The food was surprisingly good and well presented soups hot and tasty baby chickens with rice though we had to ask a few times what this was, it looked good and tasted fine The falafel could use a little tweaking the big chocolate dessert yummy. only gripe was the service, while our waiter was friendly enough after we were served and finished took a while for the table to be cleaned and dessert offered.

Was searching on Unilocal for a kosher restaurant that wasn’t on the central strip. Ahuva’s Grill is what I found. Came in with a party of 6 plus a baby. We were seated right away. The restaurant was only half full. The table ordered tons of food. Falafels, soup, chicken kebabs with rice, etc. The food came out fairly quickly. I wasn’t to impressed with the falafel. In my opinion it was bland. They messed up and brought us the wrong chicken for one of our orders. Everyone in my party said the food was decent nothing out of this world. As we were done eating the dishes started to pile up. The waiter went and sat at a long table with the rest of the employees and started to eat dinner. Really??? Did you forget that you are on the clock and have paying customers you are still serving. I was appalled. We were completely ignored for a good 30 minutes. One of my party members actually had to get up and remove the server from his meal so he could tend to us. Finally after everything was cleared off, we ordered some dessert. Why you ask, I have no idea. Once the order was placed the waiter went back to the table and resumed his dinner. As the dessert orders came out he stood up, wiped his nose with his hand, and with the same hand grabbed the spoons that we were about to eat our desserts with. Absolutely disgusting! No, I will not be back. Rude servers with poor hygiene.
