I made this Unilocal account just to review how dissatisfied I was with this Dunkin. They are friendly and the service is quick, however they are very lazy. They didn’t spread the cream cheese at all on the bagel that I got, they just put a huge glob of cream cheese in the center of the bagel. They didn’t cut my bagel in half even though I specifically asked them to. They also put the hash browns on the bottom of the bag, so they were crushed and became one big potato mush. I enjoy quick service but not at the expense of the quality of the food.

This is the closet Dunkin donuts to my house. The shop is average at best, but what brings them up a star is their service. This has to be one of the friendliest shops I have been in. They make everyone feel like a regulars. The only complaint that I have is that they don’t serve bacon or sausage.

One of the most efficient DDs I have ever visited. There is enough of a [friendly] staff there so as soon as you give your order, it’s bagged and ready to go. Being across the street from the LIRR Station definitely has its merits.

I love this place and they treat people with respect also I have become a regular at this Dunkin location and they are the best at making coffee and whenever I go to this location they say hey Albert and they treat me like I’m a valued customer and furthermore they are very very nice and polite to customers even when I have a bad i know I can come and they will make me happy because its like home where everyone knows me and i feel like I’m at home and each server is like family and who can not love family and I know that the coffee is great and for coffee addicts like me this place can not even compare to Starbucks because the last time I had coffee I thought I would try Starbucks just for whatever reason and the coffee was so bad and they charged me five dollars a cup I would never go there again and the server who server who served me at Starbucks was nasty really nasty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly although I cannot say this about Starbucks locations it just happened to be a bad Starbucks but I digress if anything save your money and go to dunkin better coffee excellent price you get more for money better service too

So after coming here repeatedly because it’s a fairly convenient option I do have to up the review to three stars partially because they’ve stepped up their game and partially because I’ve learned some tricks and tips. First off I do not like their regular coffee, neither does my godmother. But recently I’ve just been getting lattes there for both of us. My godmother also works at the library with me part time so on the days she works I bring her coffee. We both like the lattes because they are espresso and milk with a flavored syrup of choice inside of them. So for me the trick for purchasing a drink from them is to make it a coolatta, vanilla chai or latte. Speaking of coolattas the lucky mint coolatta is heavenly. It’s a lovely mix of vanilla and mint depending on who prepares it for you. Only once did I get it made slightly heavy on the mint. The staff is still awesome, I actually felt bad with my original two star review because I like the people who work there. They are still kosher and will probably be kosher forever. I don’t have a problem with this, I’m a vegetarian and have no objection to the veggie versions of bacon and sausage but as I said in my original review hard core carnivores won’t like this very much. I’m pleased to say they now offer the big n’ toasty on the menu. So now sometimes for breakfast I can get my inner pig on and scarf down some deliciousness. Did that this morning actually! If the big n’toasty wouldn’t put me back to my original heaviest weight I’d probably eat it twice a day. Sometimes I can pack away the food. It’s made with the veggie bacon so I can have it vegetarian style but still taste it as it was meant to be eaten. They are also offering more selection. Around St. Patrick’s Day I was getting an Irish Crème Latte. Now they have chocolate mint flavor so I’m ordering a chocolate mint latte when I get off the train before work. So after some compromise on my part and this D&D’s part I say it’s not too shabby as long as you stay away from the regular coffee.
