I find two of the three other reviews very funny lol. My father has been seeing Mandell for over twenty years and I have been seeing her for over 10years. She is very easy to get in contact with and if you have to leave her a voicemail she returns your calls promptly. The staff are all very nice people are there some that are more sarcastic then others absolutely but that’s what gives this office so much character. Once you take a moment and have a real conversation with them and find out what’s going on in there lives you better understand the different personalities. As for the doctor herself she is the best. She is very matter of fact and I love it. She may not tell you what you want to hear and how you want to hear it but she always tells the truth and it really comes across how much she really cares for her patients and her profession. I will be coming here until she retires and even then I will be calling her house Lololol.

THE WORST OFFICE!!! The hours are horrible for working people. They’re always running more then 45 min late. The staff is unfriendly, useless and unprofessional. As far as the doctor herself, very rude, unaccommodating and sides with her staff instead of the patients.

The doctor’s office staff is rude and has no concept of basic patient care. A family member needed a prescription faxed to a pharmacy, the office staff told her that pharmacies don’t accept prescriptions faxed from the doctor, that the patient has to fax it themselves! Seriously?! First, of all, that’s an obvious lie. What’s worse is that it is driven by laziness, and a complete lack of caring about the patient. My mother had to take a cab from her home to the Dr.‘s office, go to a store and pay to use their fax, and take a cab back. Seriously??? The level at which this disgusted me is almost beyond measure. Imagine if this was your mother.
