Let me just start with they charge you extra for everything and the guy behind the counter can be pushy at times. I agree with the other reviewers that the customer service at this location is pretty bad. I have been lucky enough on occasion to get the woman behind the counter that is sweet, but due to the fact that I am not always that lucky I try to avoid this location. Prices seem to be higher as well when compared to other Subway’s in the area. All in all this I would suggest staying away.

Avoid this restaurant like it was the plague! The manager/owner is very rude and skimps on the food you buy like he was experiencing a severe famine! My wife bought a foot-long meatball parmesan hero there for me, which was not discounted or on sale. He refused to give her any fixings. Not even pickles. When I went to eat it, I discovered the sandwich was mostly bread and sauce — there was not even cheese or whole meatballs. The meatballs were sliced thin and spaced wide apart, so that he could use way less in the sandwich. At most, it contained half the meat that I had gotten when I bought the same sandwich in other Subway stores. I threw it away and will never return!

Since I finally finished my mini project of reviewing past experiences that my nearly middle aged brain had some memories of I am now desperate to review places I haven’t been before or places I have been to but don’t really remember much about. So instead of my usual lunch of a yogurt mixed with almonds or the occasional raisins when I was out on errands I decided to go into Subway by my job and review them this time. I wish I didn’t…I really wish I ate my yogurt instead. The raspberry iced tea was good, and I know my sun chips will be good when I eat them later because you know you can’t really mess up a pre– packaged product. But my sandwich it wasn’t very good. I had the eggplant Parmesan sandwich on Italian herbs & cheese bread. They toasted the bread, and it was over toasted to the point of being a little bit burnt. Some pieces of eggplant were definitely undercooked and pretty damn tasteless. Do yourself a favor and pass by this Subway, I’m sure there’s a different chain out there that may be better.

I didn’t like the way the soda tasted so I threw out the cup and attempted to get a new one and the man fought with me in front of many customers to get the cup from the garbage. Man seemed very angry. I left without a drink. I also called corporate as the other reviewer did. Got an apology from owner but never going back.

I’ve eaten Subway sandwiches for years — I probably go through 1 – 2 a week. This location is unlike any other Subway, or sandwich shop I have ever seen with unfresh food, scores of sanitation violations and aggressive/violent staff. In fact, the conditions of this location are so bad that Subway corporate does not even want to take responsibility for them. I ordered a sandwich with the employee, a Pakistani individual with a thick accent who goes by Sam, who seems to be there every day. I ordered the chicken salad. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the chicken salad was kept frozen, and therefore had ice all over it. Not being a picky eater, I just asked Sam if he could put it in the oven. He said the chicken salad can’t go in the oven, and I’d need to take it as is. I told him it was very cold. What happened next appalls me even two weeks later. Sam, without wearing a glove, opened up my sandwich and proceeded to caress the frozen chicken with his bare hand, the knuckles of which were covered in hair. Sam would later argue that he only touched the bread with his bare hand, but this is patently untrue. He was caressing every inch of the sandwich. I never gave him permission to touch it. All I said was that there was ice on the chicken salad. At this point, I was done with the sandwich I had still not touched, and wanted a refund. Sam then touched my sandwich again, and said that I could take it or he could take it, but I wasn’t getting a refund. I called Subway corporate from the store to let them know what had happened. They seemed hardly surprised, but insisted that they are not responsible for their stores. Sam, upset I was calling corporate, started yelling about how I was poor and just wanted my $ back. This was obviously very untrue, as I’ve eaten at Subway for a decade, but offensive nonetheless as his yelling was very loud. The customer service rep heard him yelling, and said she was sorry, but that this is not Subway’s responsibility. A minute later the restaurant got a call from the owner, another Pakistani guy who asked to speak to me. He did apologize, though I got the opinion that the customer service agent rep had just yelled at him, and that it was fake. Nonetheless, the apology was nice, and he did take responsibility for his store. I wound up getting a refund, and I think Sam got yelled at. On the way out, Sam cursed at me, threatening my neck if I ever ordered a sandwich from his store again. He also criticized me for bringing in corporate and his boss, and not fighting him. This same guy works there daily, and is the predominant sandwich maker. He does not normally wear gloves while making the sandwich, just count your blessings if he doesn’t run his fingertips through them. No customer should be treated this way, regardless of apology, etc. Do not support this Subway. There are 1000s of others. This one has no respect for the customer, and no respect for health laws. Let it go out of business.
