Applebee’s

Miss leading name there aren’t any meals with apples and bees. I was very shocked when the waiter informed me of this. I told the waiter I needed a moment to take this in. After a few minutes I called him over again and and asked him why the restaurant was names applebees when they don’t serve apple bees. He responded with ”I don’t know”. I left the restaurant and was very dissapointed with my experience.

Well, if waiting is your name. Then Applebee’s is your Game. This place has no respect for time. It stops for no one BUT Applebee’s. We waited about 25 minutes to just get drinks. Then the food finally gets here and it’s room temp not even super hot. The waiters a really nice guy, I understand it’s not his fault if the kitchen staff is slow but cmon!
This was a birthday event and I was nowhere near tipsy when I needed to be. The food was okay. We had steak. It wasn’t medium well like I asked for, it was completely well done. I don’t know, I stopped coming here and now I know why.
I only come if Riley the waitress is working, she truly deserves her tip! She happens to talk the table through the 25 minute wait time and you don’t even notice love her!

The service in this place is not the best, you’d expect an enthusiastic environment with fun people, but the people who work there are miserable, they don’t really know much about customers .
The food is AMAZING, then again, what apple bees doesn’t have amazing food! It takes some time to get your food but that depends on the day and how many people there is.

This has to be the worst applebees I have ever been to, lets start off with our drinks took 25 minutes and when we finally got it the sangria was horrible!!! Our food took an hour and half and it was us and another table service was horrible, food was horrible and drinks

I went there with my family on Sunday at around 6:30, the appetizer took about 15 minutes to get to the table and we still hadn’t been asked what we wanted to eat. The entrees came over 30 minutes later and the food was not great. Also, the same wrong order came to our table 3 times. They are slow, disorganized, and it was overall a pretty horrible dinner. Don’t go here.

If you have anywhere else mind then I would probably recommend to go there instead. This place can get pretty packed but I do not understand why. The service is not great and the food is not very good either. I went on a Sunday night, which I guess is peak hour but we didn’t get refill on our water and our order came out wrong but we never even had the opportunity to let our waiter know because she never passed by to ask us if everything was ok. I ordered the four cheese pasta with fried Chicken and it was really bad. Easy mac tastes better than that. My family had a steak and shrimp which they said wasn’t too bad. But the food took really long to come out and the waitress was not at all attentive.

The slowest and most difficult place to get service. The beer are delivered warm and the ice in the drinks melted. Unfortunately it’s your typical steroids type of the Hispanic cultural. Loud, inconsiderate, inappropriate and sloooooooow. I like my beers cold and my food hot. Not satisfied with this franchise.

This place has bad service, food takes
Too long to come and the appetizers take more than 45 minutes to come to your table and once they do come to your table with the appetizer they tell you that the sauce for the pretzel bread was frozen and that is why it took more than 45 min and still didn’t bring the sauce and asked if I wanted to wait for the frozen sauce are u freaken kidding needles to say we walked out !!! Horrible !!! this is the last time I’m coming here !!

Went there tonight with my family. We didn’t have to wait long at all.
The hostess sat us in a nice location offered our son a kids chair right away.
Server came fast greeted and got our drinks overall nice environment and people. We loved the food I got the new enchilada brisket entrée it was delicious my husband got the chicken tender platter and loved it.
We also ordered the churreos with the smores
We will come back again to this applebees location. The staff was nice, and the food was amazing.

It’s ok. Nothing really impressive. The ambience is cool, the quality of thebfood is good but they need to change the way than they cook. I think everything is pre– cooked here and they just re– warmed at the moment. I went here with friends and was a Monday burger day everyburger fo $ 6.99 with free refill of french fries, good deal. Everything was good but just warm nothing feel like cook at the moment. But overall was ok.

Went with my friends — Food was good and because was Monday we got a discount (they have this promotion) — great service — kind of slow to have the food on the table — the restaurant was sooooo coooold I felt like I was in Alaska and because of that I couldn’t really enjoy the food I was eating.

Food is always good service depends on the server you get hubby and I always go for the 2 for 20 $ menu and it’s always plenty of food

Second time at this location and they bring it. The service was great and the food was awesome. A chain spot bit we enjoyed.

We have been coming to this Applebee’s since it’s opening, and I never have had bad serve here. The servers are polite and courtesy, the drinks are served first, and the food next. Today’s visit was five patrons, and our server was very attentive to our needs. Will be coming back here!

Nice place, I always enjoy the moment!!! I been here I don’t now how many times since is very close to my house, servers are always in good mood, appetizers super quickly, I can’t talk about the bar because Im not a drinker, but my dad always order beer or any drink and is always good, for my side, the best strawberry lemonade that I had, servers speak spanish and they take your order right away, this place is good for lunch, for dinner, for happy hour, for families, for everything, KEEP THE GOOD WORK!!!

I usually/​never write reviews but I had such a bad experience that I had to do it. Mainly the only reason we came here was for the new churro s’mores dessert which was a complete disappointment. The churros were fine but the chocolate was watery. It was basically cheap watered down chocolate syrup.
For appetizers we chose the 2 for $ 9, nachos and potstickers. The potstickers tasted like pure fish, disgusting! And the nachos were so salty i felt my heart pressure going up.
For the main meal we shared the 4 cheese Mac and cheese pasta and it was so cold that I could not finish it. I could have returned it but we returned the nachos and I was afraid they were going to spit on it.
I’ve been to this location before and the food was always decent so maybe the chef was having an off day. Ohh well at least our server was nice

Ok, let me try to keep it real here. I don’t live far from this restaurant but, this was my very first time here. I have been wanting to go but, I never got around to it. All the negative reviews on Unilocal deterred me quite a bit from finally going. Finally, today, I stopped-​in for lunch with a friend.
So, I open the door and walk inside. The first thing I noticed is the stench of «something» in the air. The only thing I can compare it to was a dirty mop or «something.» No big deal really. It wasn’t «that» overpowering. It only lingered at the entrance or, I just got used to it quickly.
The restaurant still had a nice amount of diners when I got there finishing their lunch. The tables did get cleaned right away when each of the tables were vacated.
This restaurant, aside from the negative reviews on Unilocal,seems to be a favorite of many locals. Any time I drive by, there are many diners there. Especially on the weekends.
The menu seems to be almost exactly as the other similar restaurants, e.g., Chili’s, TGI Fridays, etc. They may be owned by the same company. I don’t know the answer to that. We each opted to have one of their new burgers off of their menu. I had the Cowboy Burger and my friend had the Triple Bacon Burger. Both were very good.
I can see why people complain about the service here since there were some minor inconsistencies with today’s service, however, it was nothing to go home crying about. It’s an affordable restaurant with many food and drink options on their menu. I mean, you know? Come here with an open mind not expecting star service and you will be alright. At least the burger we each had were done well and were delicious. There was plenty of staff on hand so, we got our food fairly fast.
Amidst the myriad of Hispanic Restaurants in Hialeah, this kind of food is rare here. So, this being an option at this location so that we don’t need to leave Hialeah is wonderful.

Outdoor siting is great but if you are impatient like me do not seat outside. I repeat do not seat outside. Our drinks, food took forever. When I say forever I mean an hour maybe more. The drinks came with the food. I was like what !!! I think is cause they are more caught up with the costumers inside that those outside. Maybe it was a bad day. Nevertheless we enjoyed our food that was okay.

This restaurant have good offers i love the mozzarella stick here and i love the dessert! But last time I went here the meat have a little fat and the service took so long

Took a little longer than usual to get a waitress for my Veterans day meal, even though it was not busy at all. We ordered an appetizer and the entrees at the same time and the food came rather quickly and before the appetizer, so we canceled the appetizer. The food was very ‘blah’, and not well put-​together, for example, my girlfriends mashed potatoes barely tasted like butter; The rice in my fiesta chicken was dry. She ordered a Sprite and received a water. I will never again visit this particular store for my free Veterans day entrée. I’ve had a few meals at applebees accross the United States and this was by far the worst experience.

estuve alli 6÷8÷2013 encontre mi sorbente en la soda usado cuando llame a la manager, me dijo que no pensaba era usado y que que iba hacer ella… me cambio la soda porque lo pedi yo. mi esposo salio devolviendo la comida y malo del estomago, primera y ultima ves que lo visito. fue en hialeah. y eso que es nuevo.
