If it wasn’t for the parts manager being so nice they wouldn’t even get 1 star from me… Why you may ask? I’ll tell you why the brands that they sell you are CHEAP and most of there parts are made in China or Malaysia… It is so hard to find something made in the US now a days :(So back to my story… I needed a new Alternator for my Car and decided to get a brand new one instead of a remanufactured I thought new Yeah! that’s the way to go all parts new… What could possible go wrong with that?? Oh and LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY…(WHAT A JOKE!)
Well so my Mechanic put the new alternator on and i left about a couple of hours past and my Car left me stranded… So i call my Mechanic and he had to send a tow truck out to get my car back to the shop when he checked it it was the alternator it was bad… REALLY? THE NEW ALTERNATOR?(MADE IN MALAYSIA!) Really i should have known better than to buy that piece of CRAP! But the Lifetime warranty got me and the fact that it was brand new… Well needless to say my Mechanic put me on another Alternator a Re Denso and the Car is working great. Lesson learned NEVER BUY PARTS FROM AUTOZONE! Because what they sell you is PURE GARBAGE! Cheap stuff. Autozone shame on you…

They made me wait to get attended like 10 min and then to about 1hr to get a part and for the 2^nd part that we were looking for that they had on «hold» they couldn’t find it. They wasted 1hr of my time… I went next door to Advanced Auto Parts and in less than 5 min I walked out with the other part I was looking for… Don’t go there… Go next door
