I drove up to feed my curiosity to see what I might be able to find. This place is legit a hole in wall type place. Tiny space, but filled with alcohol. Almost difficult to get around.
My bourbon hunt didn’t amount to much as I’ve already got what most of what I’d look for on the shelves. It’s tough business looking for allocated stuff. I was mildly tempted to purchase the ORVW 10year for a split second. Then, my brain kicked in & smacked me in the face. «The finacee would be undeniably upset if you spent that kind of money without consulting her first!»
Anyway, the guys behind the encased register were very friendly. They tried helping me find some of the allocated bottles I want, to no avail. But I’d fish again in that pond when some of my more prized releases hit distribution.
