I love threading my eyebrows but I suggest you ask for Iffat! She’s amazing, always smiling she always greets you when you walk in and she’s great at her job! I did my eye brows with another girl there she did mess them up but Iffat has taken over for me, she’s fixed them and they look amazing now ! Thank you Iffat !!

It was a dark and stormy Friday afternoon. My boyfriend was at the Hard Rock gambling away all our life savings and I needed a quick fix. I decided to drive around, suffering from what I like to call «Desperate Housewife Syndrome» and as I checked myself in the mirror of my car, I was horrified.
Who was this this hairy monster staring back at me? How did my eyebrows get this bad? WHO are you and WHAT have you done with Fidel?!
I took a deep breath. Ashamed, I called my friend and asked for her advice. After being consulted and lifted with compliments from a friend who knew my situation TOO well, I came to Westland Mall and got my eyebrows threaded.
The larger-​built older lady took care of me and I’m sure she could sense the fear and soothed my soul. My life was in her hands…
WOW! A painful two minutes later, some cream and $ 12 later– I was changed. My eyebrows were flawless! I seriously went from looking like Jay Z to Beyonce in 120 seconds flat.
I’ve returned on several occasions and swear by this place. My favorite person to do my eyebrows with is the pretty young lady at the end who always has her hair and makeup well done. When picking someone to help you look better, my advice is to go with someone who looks good themselves!
I did come once and was terribly disappointed. None of my usual ladies were there and only one lady with crazy, messy hair in a bun was working. I knew she was trouble when I walked in… and she messed my eyebrows up completely. She hurt my skin, I was red and sore for two days. She didnt fix my eyebrows AT ALL, instead made them worse. And worst of all, she tried to blame me for her mistake. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
But– make no mistake, I highly recommend this place.

I hate to rate this place 1 star but to be honest with you I am very put off by their customer service. It is a shame too because I actually did love the way they threaded my eyebrows. However, the way they treated me with such indifference is really unacceptable. No smile, no friendly greetings, no acknowledgment. Both times I’ve been to this place all the girls were extremely unfriendly. I went a second time to give it another shot but I was treated even worse.
The last time I went in it took me a while to get someone to come up to me. I am visually impaired and require assistance when finding an employee at a location. One of the younger girls was sitting in a chair with her feet up, no shoes and was playing on her phone very loudly ignoring everything around her which I found extremely unprofessional. One of the ladies signaled her to approach me and she refused in a very nasty way. I almost felt like they were being forced to provide me with service. Needless to say that both times have been very unpleasant. I couldn’t help feeling sad and a little discriminated. Like I mentioned previously they do a really nice job with the eyebrows but at what cost? I really don’t fancy being treated this way. They desperately need sensitivity and costumer service training.

Let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of threading. In the middle East that is their primary way of removing hair. I was a little skeptical to go to the one in Westland because of the mixed reviews from the one in Dolphin. Long story short, I screwed up my eyebrows and grew them out to the most I could but I couldn’t help it and needed some grooming. I went and my eyebrows look beautiful. the shape is just what i am looking for. i have to grow one eyebrow out just a little more but she did a good job for what she was working with! good luck fellow threadees
