I was given a gift card to this store and Bought a pair of walking shoes for my 10 month old Daughter ($ 50.00). Notice a few days later they were not the same size. They sold me a mismatched size pair of shoes. Called store manager and he told me to come in the next morning to speak to shoe department manager.
Went in to see him and he said there was nothing he can do because I didn’t have receipt. They have no way to search gift card usage to verify purchase. All I wanted was the other correct shoe size
This store has very bad customer service and
Will not go back to this store, no wonder Pines store closed…
