The customer service here is horrible. I typically go to Mundo (same plaza and open on Sunday’s) because they have what I need and always super nice but for adjustments I would go to Catherine’s. I’ve got my garment fixed 4 times and I seem to never learn my lesson. It’s been 2 weeks since I turned in my garment and they have yet to call me about it. In fact they even went as far as to click on me when I called to inquire on the status. I found a better seamstress now so now I will never have to go back. Thank God!!!

I was referred to Catherine’s from a nurse at my doctor office. I am SO happy she did! I went in and discussed what I needed with who I assume is Enrique the owner. While I was looking at the book and once I decided what I wanted, I didn’t even tell him my size, he KNEW just from looking at me. I went into changing room and came out telling him I needed a bigger size… while he was on his cell phone, he incredibly got me to fit into it! It is OBVIOUSLY a compression garment but to those who aren’t used to it, yes, it takes some «manhandling» to get into the first time. Helped me to be less sore after my surgery and brought my swelling down to the point I went back after two weeks, just like Enrique said, when the suit was too big and starting to wrinkle, for them to take it in. And for only $ 20! Instead of having to buy a brand new one in a smaller size! Now that is value for your money! To the negative commenters, if you are looking for Bloomingdale’s type service, you need to go there, pay $ 40-​$ 80 for undergarments and go back again to buy another time when you need a smaller size while they «butter» you up with their service! PUHLEASE

Omg i cant believe the other negative reviews. Everyone there were so nice. I’ve noticed he gets a lot of regulars; he is very recommended! I had surgery in Miramar and everyone there recommended me to go to Enrique. He has a lot of authentic colombian fajas, Jean butt-​lifter, and more! I guess you just have to be on his good side but I’ve never seen him fight with customers. The girl that is always there DOES know her stuff, just by looking at you she knows your size. FYI garment are not suppose to feel comfortable, you need to feel a lot of compression and get to used to it. Been there done that! A big plus in his store is that he sends your garment to be altered for a LOW price, all you have to do is drop it off at his store and come back in 2 days! Better than paying for a new one! ($ 100+). It adds up! Within a month i have gone down two sizes :).

If I could give this place negative stars I would. You couldn’t pay me to go back there! Disgusting customer service and all they are trying to do is get your $$ by saying whatever they need to.
I went there looking for a waist trainer to work out in and the girl there proceeds to convince me to buy the Colombian faja. It was way too small. I told her I couldn’t breathe and she had TO MAN HANDLE me to get me in it. She said «by tonight you will feel fine in it. «Again I said I felt like I was going to pass out, it’s too small. She said «No, that’s your size.» She is supposed to be the expert so I trusted her… Sure enough «tonight» came and I tried again, still couldn’t breath, could barely move. Gave it another shot the next morning. Fail. I called to say that I was bringing it back for a bigger size because I couldn’t take it and before I could finish sentence she cuts me off with «no no no we don’t do no returns or exchange… Well you shouldn’t have bought it in the first place.» and practically scolded me… I was in complete shock at what I was hearing. Not even an ATTEMPT made to come up with a solution or even an apology. Not even… «I’m sorry, but we don’t do exchanges or returns for so and so reason… Is there anything else we can do. have you tried so and so…» Nope! just! hung up!
I would never even waste my time, energy, gas, nor mileage to go back up there and give them a piece of mind, they’re definitely NOT worth it! Never again!

My sister and I were reading up on waist training but wanted to be fitted instead of just ordering blindly online, a friend told us of this little place in Miami Lakes. We made the trek from Broward and we’re fitted by a very patient young leafy. She took her time and explained the differences between the garments and made sure we purchased what served our individual needs. My sister chose a Rajasthan vest and I took the waist clincher. The prices were great. I would highly recommend this store.

If u want to be disrespected beyond belief, treated like crap and in top of all be called names and insults, come to this place! Just because after 30 min waiting and in between «helping me» taking care of everyone else walking in right away (while i had to wait when i walked in and they were helping someone else), i asked to finish with me as i had to leave to pick up my son i was screamed at and more.
The owner Enrique is an arrogant, disrespectul person who doesnt know how to treat clients. Customer service? They dint know what that means. Worse experience in a clothing store ever! Negative stars
