Checker’s Drive-In Restaurants of N America

The manager on the pm side around 10:00 has a really bad attitude, he makes you wait on the order microphone until he finishes the walk up window to make his numbers look good, don’t even think of pulling up to the window to pay, he will scream at you to back up, otherwise the sensor will detect the car and how long they take to complete the order.

Saturday night, i had been babysitting from 9am to 9 pm, my husband had worked from 7am to 9pm. Neither one of us had the energy to cook so we came here to pick up dinner. When we got home, starving and ready for the best fries ever, we looked at our food and our hearts broke. The «fully loaded fries» was maybe 10 fries with ranch and cheese rolled up to not even take up half the container. The burger was sad. They might be taking lessons from McDonalds. It was a thin dry meat patty maybe 2 inches across. Disappointing. They also forgot our apple pie. After getting home and finding our dinner to be way less than par, i drove back and told the girl at the window what was wrong with the order. Missing fries and apple pie. I parked she brought be a new one. I got my food went home. The fully loaded fries, i ALWAYS ask for them with no bacon because im a vegetarian. They were COVERED with bacon. I was very disappointed with checkers in hialeah. I have pictures of the sad excuse for food, if someone could tell me how to upload, ill do it. Horrible!

This is perhaps the worst checkers in South Florida. The employees there do not give a shit about you, your food, or probably anything else for that matter. They take forever without apology, have trouble understanding your order when you try to order in English, and love to make you pull back and forth in their drive thru to play some kind of trick on the clock that goes off when they take too long to complete an order. They have done this every time I was there. This place is not worth your time, or your hard earned money.

What can I say but «Get your grease on » !!!
