Very interesting to see these reviews. I recently went there with my family of 7 and really did not have any of the problems some of these people listed. We were greeted AT the front door and proceed to the food counter. The cashier was so helpful, I wish I remembered her name. She new the exact amount of food we needed. We got pizza, wings, drinks and some other things my wife ordered… We then went to find a seat. The interesting thing was as busy as it was… we found a nice clean table. Of course the next course of action with these kids was the bathroom. I have to say the bathroom was cleaner then my home bathroom lol. We finally got all the kids back to the table just as the food was coming out. I was very surprised to see food like this at a kids place. Everything was hot and looked like it came off a picture. Seriously it looked really good. I know ill sound crazy but it all tasted really good as well. So after we were finishing up and kids were getting restless. The manager with out me asking comes up to me and says is everything alright? I saw you looking like there was a problem. I said no everything was great kids are just driving me nuts. She laughed and asked how everything was and then she spoke a bit to the children and said thank you for coming. I RARLY EVER HAVE A MANGER COME UP TO ASK ME HOW THINGS ARE IN 5 STAR RESTAURANT LET ALONE CHUCK E CHEESE… So now starts the chaos of the kids playing all these games. EVERYTHING WAS PUMPING and Working. KIDS DIDNT KNOW WERE TO GO FIRST. AFTER ABOUT TWO HOURS OF RUNNING AND PLAYING WE DECIDED TO LEAVE… I REALLY DONT BELIVE THESE REVIEWS BELOW BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER CHUCK E CHEESES AND THIS ONE BY FAR IS THE CLEANEST. FRIENDLINESS AND REALLY CARED ABOUT US… KUDOS TO THE MANGER AND HER PEOPLE SHE DID A GREAT JOB TRAINING THEM.

Great time at the Hialeah location. Very big place. My grandkids liked the Dippin Dots and Lazer Tag. Friendly staff and very clean. Bought 30 dollars in tokens and they had a special and got some tickets for free. All around, nice visit and we will return again soon.

The manager is not well trained, he doesn’t know how to treat a customer and take care for the little ones. Toddler zone is like a jungle and Rafael seems to be worried just for the pizzas. The place is great but the manager is not according to the place.

I took my 5 yr old son there for a birthday party yesterday. He had a great time, however, I was less then impressed. When I walked in and told the hostess I was there for a birthday party she said «Sorry I don’t speak English». This was first thing in the morning and there was only one party in progress at the time & I walked in with a large gift in my hands… not rocket science. The floor was littered with garbage, the chairs were all wobbly and many of the machines were out of service but not marked with signs so you don’t know they are broken until you drop your tokens in it. When the servers brought refilled pitchers of drinks, I asked for a cup and was told to request one the register where I was expected to pay for it. None of the staff seemed too excited to be there, including Chuck E himself (& neither was I)

I hate businesses that don’t invest in their business, and this is one of them. Same games, mostly all of their game machines were broken/​out of order, the carpet smells. The good thing about this place is the pizza and wings.

Not a fan. My children love it here, but as an adult, the games Mostly broken or impossible to win, the food isn’t as good as others I’ve been too and this place has no down times. Always insanely crowded and rude people. 3 stars only for amusing my children.

This location is great. The staff seems to be on point today with managing there store. They have police officers for security of the kids and that’s a plus.
The salad was great and my daughter loved it and had a great time. They should improve there games more and machines need to be serviced.

Never bring anyone you care about to this location. Most games are similar to casino style games. Many of the machines just take your coins or are broken.

Worst staff ever! My pizza was never delivered and when I noticed that numbr t s above me wr r r being served j went toy he counter to inquire. I was handed my cold pizza and not even told sorry by the manager who gave it to me! I’m going to call corporate.

This place gives kids lots of fun. My cousin, who is 9, comes to this place for his birthday and gets in the Ticket Blaster. For my kids, I am taking them here everyday for their birthday celebration.

Where kids get their first real lesson in video games. Can’t go wrong with pizza with kids. The canadian bacon pizza is great. Adults can have some relax time having a brew while the kids play. The kids will not get tired because there is just too much stuff for them to do there. They have a super huge game room, they have fair type games, a band of huge stuff animals, and a large playground. Once you bring them once, be ready to have them ask you to come again and again. Having pizza and beer is great for adults but maybe if they had some TV’s with sports they will give adults another incentive to stay a little longer and would definately help the business.

If you can get past the smell of feet, it’s a good place to take for a couple of hours on a rainy day. There is plenty to do for both the little ones and the big ones. Honestly, I think that places like this are fueling the passion for gambling later on in life! The games are like slot machines and the kids to just want more and more tickets. At the end of the visit, they trade in the tickets for a cheap toy that won’t make it to the parking lot. There is pizza for the kids, beer for the adults, and a questionable salad for those watching their weight. Free refills on the soda.

Hialeah Chuck E Cheese! Gotta love it! I’m not a fan of any of these franchises but there are a lot of birthday parties that make us enjoy the craziness of this place! As long as my daughter enjoys herself we are happy!

This is the best pizza ever. Where else can a kid be a kid. I love it here. I want to live here. I hope I am friend’s with Chuck for the rest of my life. If you never been here then you have never lived.

we celebrated my little cousins birthday party here and we all had a blast.
the only problem is that now they don’t allow you to come in without a child since lots of teenagers were hanging around there but other than that its a place where kids and adults could have fun. oh and by the way when the puppets starts playing in their band on the stage don’t look! their super creepy! lol

You can lock up the kiddies in a place where they can’t escape (they put some kind of stamp so they have to leave with the person they come with), grab a pizza, drink some beers
The kids will think you are awesome, you earn brownie points with the sibling and everything is great in the Kingdom of George
