Cosmoprof

Thank god that other Cosmoprofs have been opening closer towards my area.
I understand that this place is ONLY open to salon professionals and I love the fact that a regular consumer can’t buy from our supplier, but these people can sometimes be so rude.
My mom forgot her Cosmoprof card and the guy refused to see her COSMETOLOGY business or personal licences. We also had business cards AND checks but no, he had to see the card.
So yes we made an hour long ride, due to traffic, and had been turned around and refused to be helped out.
We then asked if he can set aside a product for her so that when we come back with the card we can just process the order, and he blatantly told her that he won’t bother doing that.
I have heard that the guy has been fired but I will never step foot in this business again.
