Still waiting in call back for appointment going on two days. Customer service is lacking.

First off, I must say the directions to get there (hialeah gardens in warehouse district) were extremely confusing…
It was my first time doing a brazilian bikini wax… ever… and I figured hey, Groupon special — I am all over it! Anywho. I come in and there is Dalia, smiling ear to ear with a warm greeting (despite being 30 minutes late, oops!)
She was extremely friendly, talkative (without being annoying), and happy (without creepy peppy). I explained it was my first time and she was extremely patient, slow, and explained every step of the way everything she was doing. Certain parts hurt more than others… but, that obviously will depend on how much hair/​how thick your hair is.
I made my 2^nd appointment with her!
